Excellent food, service, personnel & packaging & it was ready on time. Perfect , you will not be disappointed!

Yummmmm. Food was amazing. It appeared they were working under staffed but the atmosphere was still friendly and efficient. They were hopping and took care of everyone cordially and efficiently. The gentleman at the register let me know it might be about 15 minutes before they could complete my order. I let him know I was in no hurry, and to take his time. Food was delivered to my table by a young lady that was all smiles. Before departing she asked if there was anything else I needed. Staff seemed to be getting along, enjoyed working here and showed a great team dynamic. Constant conversation behind the counter regarding food status and needs, keeping kitchen staff in the loop. Very, very controlled chaos. Kudos to the team! Constant stream of grubhub and uber ests drivers arriving while I ate. Facility was very clean, food was amazing and the staff was very efficient and friendly. I wii be visiting here again during my 3 week stay.

Food is horrible, chicken is dry.

Online ordering was easy. Pick up was smooth. Food was tasty as always, especially the rolls.

Ezell'e always my family's favorite. The flavor & juiciness of the chicken are one of the qualities that I'm looking for the fried chicken that Ezell's have. Pricewise, affordable. I will buy again very soon.

It was a great meal. 3 piece chicken with two sides and a bread roll shaped like a cupcake. Little misleading. Actually, I wouldn't have minded a cupcake. But the bbq baked beans were sweet and delicious so that's still 5 stars 🌟 🤩 😋

The chicken is hand's down the most fantastic friend chicken I have ever had from a chain. My only two gripes are small. Please allow to just have dark meat again at the location in Portland OR. I don't like white meat. And have a few more side options of the non potato variety like salads or something else.

Food was incredibly bland. First thing I said when they brought it out was, “where’s the seasoning on the chicken?”

There was no seasoning on the chicken, not even salt & pepper. Almost tasted like they fried it for too long.

The Mac n cheese was flavorless too.

The fries were crispy, but again, no seasoning.

For three of us it was $60 without tip.

Won’t be back.

SUPER DELICIOUS FRIED CHICKEN WHEN FRESH

A pal of mine insisted we get fried chicken at Ezell’s and said the spicy chicken was DELICIOUS. She suggested we share the two piece with two sides and get gravy on the side. Dude… it was juicy and flavorful with a thick crisp fry.

Wayyyyy better than when I had it years ago at same location.

The sides I’ve had there have never been awesome and the sweet rolls are ass, but I do like the gravy.

So if you had Ezell’s in the past and thought it was shmeh, try it again. The fresh chicken is where it’s at!

I used to live near their original location in Seattle. Tried this location and the quality of food has declined. Still better than some fast food places, but leaves something to be desired
