This was my first time at a Jamba Juice in over a decade, and I was so wowed that I had to come and gush about it. I’ve gotten so accustomed to lackluster service and barely awake team members in these types of places that the energy and enthusiasm here really took me by surprise.
My friend and I were promptly welcomed, and the vibes remained a 10/10 the whole time. Unsure of what to get, I took the recommendation of Ashley, who cheerfully rang me up and assured me that if I didn’t like it (some sort of peachy lemonade with protein boost), I could choose something else. I would never, but what a generous offer! When the equally joyful team member who made the smoothie handed it off, she reiterated that if I was unhappy with the drink, making a new one would be no problem. What service!!!! And what FLAVOR! I took one sip and was absolutely in LOVE. I’ll be back. ❤️

Ordered three smoothies about 5 minutes ago— 2 extra thick Açaís and a Large Electric Berry. The açaís came out first and I asked if they could make them a bit thicker as they came out pretty thin. Maybe this is where the frustration came from? She then called out the Electric Berry for Ashley I came up and grabbed it and she ripped it out of my hands and said no that’s for Ashley to which I responded “I am Ashley.” I didn’t get an apology or anything, instead she said “It’s just the way you grabbed it,”….. huh???? Whatever that may mean…

Every time I stop by which is far and few between I’ll admit, the customer service is sub par. The staff just seem like they don’t want to be there even if you tip. Weird. Maybe it’s an off season.
I took 2 jamba cups I asked if they could rinse them and normally they rinse it without asking and they refused to rinse them becuase it was against the FDA. they said food contamination purposes when we opend the jamba juice cup I saw a black peice of garbage and its the only jamba that has ever refused to rinse the cups. I missed taking a picture
