Food is great, but the staff need to be more professional and not being aggressive with customers. Yes, place is busy at lunch time, but this is the type of business and this will happen everyday, but being rude, is not acceptable.

Updated 2025 Review:
Jersey Mike’s continues to impress me every single time I stop in. The quality of their sandwiches is consistently outstanding—freshly sliced meats, soft bread with just the right texture, and crisp, flavorful toppings that make every bite satisfying. You can truly taste the difference in quality compared to other sandwich chains.
The staff at this location always greet me with a smile and genuine friendliness, which makes the experience even better. They move quickly during busy lunch hours but never rush customers. I really appreciate that attention to detail—whether I’m dining in or grabbing a to-go order, my food is always made exactly how I like it.
Prices are fair for the level of freshness and service you get, and the shop itself is clean, organized, and well-managed. You can tell the employees take pride in what they do. My go-to order is the #13 Original Italian, loaded “Mike’s Way,” but honestly, everything on the menu is good.
Keep up the excellence, Jersey Mike’s team—you’ve earned my loyalty. You’re truly head and shoulders above the rest! 👏🥪

This Jersey Mike’s has completely lost my business.
I’ve come in multiple times asking for one simple thing: grill the Italian. I know it’s not a standard request, but it’s not hard — it’s sliced meat and bread. Every single time, they act like I’m asking for something outrageous. I’m always polite, always explicit: I want the meat hot, the cheese melted, the bread toasted.
Last visit, the employee said she’d grill it — and then handed me a cold sandwich anyway. I took one bite and brought it back, calmly explained what happened, and asked for it to be remade. Instead of fixing it, she gave me attitude. Her co-worker had to step in and say, “Just grill the sandwich. It’s not that serious.”
What she did next was absolutely disgusting:
She took the sandwich I had already bitten into, put the chewed lettuce on the shared cutting board, reheated the meat, and reassembled it using the same tools and prep surfaces used for other customers. I could not believe it. I have never in my life seen someone reassemble food on a their line that someone has already taken a bite out of! So unsanitary! I will absolutely be reporting you to any health code authority figure I can get ahold of. That is a major health code violation. Once food has been in someone’s mouth, it should never come near shared prep space again. She could’ve easily remade it. Instead, she chose to be petty and unsanitary.
Also — if you’re going to grill the sandwich, learn how to do it right. Stop stacking the meat on top of itself on the grill. It doesn’t heat evenly that way. Spread it out. Let it actually cook. I’ve seen staff mess this up every single time like it's their first day.
If you can’t handle a simple request without attitude, and you’re cutting corners in ways that violate basic food safety, you shouldn’t be serving customers.
I was there at 11:30am yesterday. The 29th. The person that helped me was female in her early 20s and slender build. Caucasian too. Just trying to help you identify the perpetrator of such audacity.

Service leaves lots to be desired. Took longer than needed to make my sandwich. They finished it and then had it laying there while serving other customers that ordered behind me. Not that mad but like it’s not that hard to wrap it and hand it to me. Takes max 20 seconds.

Won’t let you order over the phone. I guess they’re too good to take money over the phone.

Haha, very funny, putting jalapenos on my sandwich... my mouth hurts now. It's one thing to accidentally put something mild like bell peppers on something, and a whole 'nother ballpark of mistake to put jalapenos on something. Jalapenos are an ACQUIRED TASTE y'all
Jersey Mike's has the best Philly cheese steak sandwiches hands down , I tried other places Philly cheese steak and I was disappointed!

Outstanding sub sandwich! Head and shoulders above the other two chains. Slicing meat and cheese to order is key!

I had a disappointing experience at this location today, which occurred on a Wednesday well after the lunch rush. Despite the presence of four or five employees behind the counter, my family and I received no acknowledgment during our wait, leading us to decide to leave. As I was opening the door, I noticed an employee outside cleaning the windows. Suddenly, one of the employees shouted, "You don't have to be a dick," accusing me of slamming the door into the window cleaner, which was simply not true. It’s frustrating that an employee who hadn’t been paying attention could make such a claim without any context. Unfortunately, I can’t comment on anything else from this visit because we didn’t have the chance to experience it. I will be avoiding this store in the future.

We were ordering sandwiches from this location at least once a week, but the last three times we’ve gotten food it’s been gross and wrong. This last time, there was also a giant hair in my food, and when I called to get a refund, the employee just wanted to argue about how there’s no way to know which employee’s hair it was - as if that mattered at all, but that’s where he chose to place his energy. Then he rudely asked me “what I wanted,” which I had already stated at the beginning of the phone call. Also, why would I need to be the one to tell someone how to rectify this issue? There’s no way it’s the first time it’s happened. They had no manager on duty, or so they claimed, so apparently nobody could process my refund. I still haven’t gotten a refund, or a phone call, and it’s been 24 hours. I guess if you buy one of your sandwiches with “shore points” then you are just expected to accept whatever garbage they put in front of you because it was free. That seems to be how this last transaction went. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location lately, but I’m over it and will never give this place another dime. Restaurants these days literally don’t care about quality or customer service anymore. Prior to biting into a giant hair (because none of their employees wear hair nets), we were getting incorrect orders for nearly a month with the most MINIMAL amounts of ingredients you could imagine. One time, I was able to count how many shreds of lettuce were on my sandwich - like the sprinkle they gave me was going to set them back in food costs or something. This is a stark contrast from how it used to be. They also expect you to tip their employees who are already paid full wages, but the employees don’t want to do their jobs or treat you respectfully when something goes wrong. Tipping is supposed to make up for the less than minimum wage that servers get paid in dine-in restaurants, but somehow everyone who works in the service industry suddenly thinks they need a full wage plus tips? For leaving hair in food and being rude when you ask about it? Ridiculous. Oh and thanks for not refunding my order like you said you would; after quality, I suppose integrity is the next thing to go so you’re right on track.
