Ordered one of the cheese steak sandwiches. I also mentioned I want all the veggies. Only got what came with the sandwich. I was expecting all the fresh veggies that can be added (lettuce, onions, pickles, cucumbers, pepercinies, et.). Probably miscommunication. I didn't address it as there was a long line. By the way, the sandwich comes with grilled green bell peppers. Not the best combo in my opinion. Something about green peppers after they're grilled release funny aftertaste

Loved the #42!! Chipotle Chicken with grilled onions and peppers!! It was their promotion day for Food Bank. Loved the free cookie for coming. They were prepared for a lot of people showing up!! Didn't have to wait long. Love how they give back to the community!!

Staff is rude and when you tell them they’re rude it continues. The presentation, and how the sandwich was prepared was just poor quality. I always leave a tip, but the funny thing is you’re kind of obligated to because how they run your card. There’s not an option to not leave tip. If I’m paying your franchise $20 for a sandwich, it’s their responsibility to pay their sandwich preparers. Why is everybody so tip happy? Why should one leave a tip for you doing your job? I’ll tell you why.. it’s because that customer felt they were treated well. I left a 5cent tip, 4 cents more than I should have. Treat your customers with kindness and respect and if you have to repeat yourself well then you have to repeat yourself. If you don’t like it, you should get out of the customer service industry.

Ordered a giant sub, cost about $20 with tip. Since I know how to cook, Jersey Mike is going down the ladder. The sub is runny, just soaked. Too much cheese, that I cant even taste the chicken or the veg. If you want a fast sub that is not Subway, and pay a bit more money, go to Jersey Mike. Else find much better food at food cart around. Dont waste your taste bud here. If late, go to Lemon Leaf Thai near by.

This location has to be the best Jersey Mike's I've ever gone to. The whole team greets you with the best energy. You can tell the team is strongly connected while still being extremely engaging with their customers. This is going to be my new Hometown sandwich shop and I will be telling all of my fellow sandwich lovers to go to this location. I think there was a manager working on duty that was tall with brown hair and she was working so hard with the best attitude and energy. If you're in Tigard and need a sandwich this is the place to go.
