The only reason it’s not 5 full stars is because a thriving business like Jimmy John’s should be able to fully staff their stores! Tyler was the only person working during the lunch rush today, and they get 5 whole stars for being a kind and considerate employee even when (and especially) when orders got backed up and there was no one else to help out! Employees that care are hard to find, so give Tyler a raise!

*The sandwiches are always fantastic. Of all the sub sandwich places, JJ are my favorite! BUT it is my observation that this particular location needs better management. I ordered on the app around noon. I got a call telling me that they were out of bread! Seriously! At Noon! I was asked if we wanted out sandwich order as wraps or with that other bread! No! We were headed to a picnic. So, we went across the street to Jersey Mike's. They had plenty of bread and this might be my go-to from now on. *One time, I ordered on the app and when I got there the two girls working hadn't even started on the sandwiches before we arrived. *Ran out of bread at noon! That is just poor management! They make the best sandwiches but, how does this place not plan for enough bread ready for noon?! Atmosphere.... the music is often so screaming loud, you can't hear the conversion with your friends if you dine in.

Ordered delivery from my job, only to get a voicemail saying must cancel due to no delivery drivers. Refund never received. I love your sandwiches, but due to continuous problems with delivery you may have permanently lost a long-time customer.

We were in Portland for a vacation from Canada. Anytime we come to the US, we ALWAYS stop at Jimmy Johns because it is the elite sandwich shop.We went to this specific location in Tigard and I asked if they still had the kicken Cajun. The very nice staff told me it had come off the menu the day before. No big deal, I ordered the Caprese Salami Pesto (absolute 10/10 sandwich omg)We went and sat to eat in the JJs, and about 10 minutes later, the super nice employee that rang me up came up to us and said “hey! I asked my manager about the kicken Cajun and they said we can still make it as long as all the ingredients are here. I know it doesn’t help now, but maybe I’ll see you guys tomorrow!”I was so appreciative that she had even gone to ask the question. She cared enough about the fact that I wanted that specific sandwich to go and ask her manager.Long story short, what an incredible group of employees they have at this location ◡̈ it’s the little things that can turn someone’s day around. We love you Jimmy Johns and we will be back!

Yall I ordered a damn turkey little John and it had SALAMI on it. I got a drink and no straw. They gave me potato salad which like I’m not mad about but I don’t like potato salad. Another time it took them an hour to even deliver my food. How does this keep happening and who not paying attention
