We were in Portland for a vacation from Canada. Anytime we come to the US, we ALWAYS stop at Jimmy Johns because it is the elite sandwich shop.We went to this specific location in Tigard and I asked if they still had the kicken Cajun. The very nice staff told me it had come off the menu the day before. No big deal, I ordered the Caprese Salami Pesto (absolute 10/10 sandwich omg)We went and sat to eat in the JJs, and about 10 minutes later, the super nice employee that rang me up came up to us and said “hey! I asked my manager about the kicken Cajun and they said we can still make it as long as all the ingredients are here. I know it doesn’t help now, but maybe I’ll see you guys tomorrow!”I was so appreciative that she had even gone to ask the question. She cared enough about the fact that I wanted that specific sandwich to go and ask her manager.Long story short, what an incredible group of employees they have at this location ◡̈ it’s the little things that can turn someone’s day around. We love you Jimmy Johns and we will be back!

Yall I ordered a damn turkey little John and it had SALAMI on it. I got a drink and no straw. They gave me potato salad which like I’m not mad about but I don’t like potato salad. Another time it took them an hour to even deliver my food. How does this keep happening and who not paying attention

I tried to place a catering order by calling this place from out of town. Two employees confirmed that my order fell within their delivery area. I collected 40 orders for boxed lunches and called this location to place the order. However, when calling back to place the order they informed me that I was not within their delivery area and abruptly hung up on me.

i come here sometimes before work to pickup the order i place in the app and the workers are always so kind and do a great job. they really are the best and fastest jimmy johns.

Would give a 0 star rating if I could-They cancelled my order without calling me - waited an hour for my food (not the first time they have delayed longer then 30min) and was told the drivers car broke down, yet there were no phone calls from anyone let alone Jimmy Johns on my phone. Or messages or emails regarding my order. Stuff like this is a regular occurrence at this branch - won't be ordering from them at this location again.

Im shocked by all the recent negative reviews. All the employees at this location are fabulous. Justin, the manager, is so awesome. He’s had my sandwich ready and made by the time I’ve gotten to the front of the line. And another time comped by sandwich because there was a price change randomly. I’ve been going here for 6 months and have always had a great experience. I’ve seen them closed before during a weekday but what business hasn’t had issues with staffing in the last few years? They should be given some grace. Highly recommend this JJ’s!
We've been getting sandwiches from here for years. Lately it's been a little annoying. They were closed for a while on Sundays so if we wanted sandwiches for dinner we couldn't go here. They have been out of tuna a couple times now which I only eat tuna from here. I made it work out when I was trying to get dinner for my mom and I. I just bought a loaf of bread here and made my own at home. I do love making tuna at home but there's just something about Jimmy John's tuna that is just so good. Other than that we usually love it here.Vegetarian options: I think you can get veggies and cheese on a sub.Dietary restrictions: I personally don't eat red meat or pork so I love the tuna option.Parking: It's a small parking lot but you can always find a spot no matter the time you go. It is shared with an urgent care but both are never so busy you can't park in a spot.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a wheel chair access ramp you can go up to get in the store.

Slow and unfriendly. To go orders seem to overwhelm them and it takes forever to get an order when you walk in. Definitely not "freaky fast"

I bought a chicken wrap in tigard ,I paid 10 .00 ,for a wrap , and I couldn't find more the 10 pieces of chicken in it ,she doubled the croutons I don't know why ,but no way worth the 10.oo ,

Well Jimmy John's you've done it. It's called matter manipulation. You changed my butthole into a fire extinguisher. Since eating there last night I have been able to put out forest fires with the immense amount of pressure coming out of my anus. Most people call it Hershey squirts but you and my friends have me putting out great amounts of Swanson broth. Not quite clear but watery enough to get the job done. Maybe you folks should wash your hands next time!
