I always get it delivered, so I can’t speak about customer service or atmosphere, but the food is generally on point. I mean, it’s a sandwich, some of y’all expect way too much in life. It’s never too saucy, but the meats are sometimes lacking. The last time I got sandwiches, there was a very small amount of meat, which has happened a few times. However, in general, this is a good place to get a decent sandwich. If you’re expecting artisan sandwiches for $10, you’re deluded and need to reevaluate what $10 means in 2025. I’ll say this… they need to bring those damn cookie sandwiches back that they had in July. The Oreo cookie is good, but that July cookie was insane. My wife ordered like 30 of them! 😹😹😹😹

The return wasn't as great. Guy working the register was high and/or new and told me he couldn't add a meal to a giant sandwich ended up charging me for the drink and chips separately.

Great sandwiches, people are kinda snobby and uppity. I tried to pay with a hundred dollar bill .... This place has lines out the door and takes in cash all lunch time and they wouldn't take the hundred or a fifty.... Seemed offended that I tried to pay that way. Then I paid with a card they made the sandwich and the clown who wrapped it had an attitude when giving the food... This is not an inner city store , this one is in an affluent neighborhood where a hundred dollar bill would be a common occurrence. Also even if you do not want to risk taking a hundred dollar bill at least don't act offended or then treat the customers differently because they tried to pay that way.... Won't be returning to this location and I used to eat here often

I know I asked for the most boring sandwich on earth (turkey, bacon, tomato, provolone and mayo) but I guess Jimmy John's decided to make it even more boring.....by not including the turkey....I got a big wad of bacon, tomato, and provolone with mayo.
