As a jimmy johns lover I am very disappointed in the service at this location. The order taker Dajon was not pleasant. He glared at us and when I asked if I could have my sandwich plain with just meat and cheese and toasted for my son he said he couldn’t do it toasted. I said that was fine and let it go but I made sure to say nothing but meat and cheese. We got our sandwiches and left, they did not make it plain. I checked the receipt and it did not say plain or to remove anything for the sandwich. We have a 4 hour car drive and I went to give my son his sandwich about an hour into the drive and so it was too late to turn back. I am very disappointed and not pleased. Customer service was at an all time low. No smiles or kindness. I don’t recommend this location.

I always get it delivered, so I can’t speak about customer service or atmosphere, but the food is generally on point. I mean, it’s a sandwich, some of y’all expect way too much in life. It’s never too saucy, but the meats are sometimes lacking. The last time I got sandwiches, there was a very small amount of meat, which has happened a few times. However, in general, this is a good place to get a decent sandwich. If you’re expecting artisan sandwiches for $10, you’re deluded and need to reevaluate what $10 means in 2025. I’ll say this… they need to bring those damn cookie sandwiches back that they had in July. The Oreo cookie is good, but that July cookie was insane. My wife ordered like 30 of them! 😹😹😹😹

The return wasn't as great. Guy working the register was high and/or new and told me he couldn't add a meal to a giant sandwich ended up charging me for the drink and chips separately.
