Shocked to see this place is 3 stars! We live in Sandy but when we go to Bridgeport it's an automatic stop to Joes as the burgers are delicious and fries and onion rings on point and their fry sauce is excellent. My youngest is a picky picky eater and she loves Joes so that in itself says something (that it's good good)

The food was awful. The burger had a dismally small patty full of gristle. The corndog dough wasn't cooked through. The onion rings were serviceable but very meh! Would not recommend.

Order: chili cheese dog, frys, & cold Pros: not super expsensive! I paid $11 ish for a complete meal. I call tha Cons: it was just okay. The hot dog is mad skinny so you get more bun then meat. The chilli was light in flavor and service.

We’re from California. We love our Inn and Out…BUT!!!!! The black and blue burger at Joes is second to none. It’s been 10yrs since we left Oregon and we still talk about Joes burger. We’re military and have been all over the country. All over the world. This is one of those places we plan on coming back to, just for the burger. It’s that good. Pay this place a visit, it’s worth it.

We ordered from their gluten free menu. Informed them that we had two people who are celiac in our party and they noted that in the order. The person who had the burger got very sick from ingesting gluten. They were friendly and seemed knowledgeable but they did not provide and gluten free meal.

I didn't want to write a review like this because I loved this place before the remodal. But this is one of the worst food places Bridgeport has to offer. The staff is rude and unprofessional, and has no idea how to organize a kitchen. I work in the mall and they are so rude to me and my coworkers. Don't come here if you have any sort of allergy, because they do not care. And will mess up your food multiple times before you can eat. They have no idea how to prioritize orders, and it takes them 20 to make even a simple order of fries. I've complained and nothing was fixed, if anything it's worse when they try and fix it. If you want a burger go to shakeshack or bunk, and skip this terrible experience.Dietary restrictions: May be the worst spot in Bridgeport for dietary restrictions

This is a take out only restaurant.I wanted to like this restaurant more. The food preparation was slow...very slow.My basic corn dog was over cooked. The service counter was dirty. The menu is generally American hamburgers and hotdogs. The French fries are soft homemade like type, not crispy. The order taker was friendly and helpful in selecting menu items. The outdoor seating area is well designed but not intended for cold nights as it was on my visit. It was an OK no frills basic restaurant.Parking: Parking is an easy flat walk from the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Watch out for the outdoor fire pit hazard in the seating area.Wheelchair accessibility: The service counter is a bit high for easy access from a wheelchair.

Gave away our food to someone else. They had to remake it. 40 min. Didn't offer refund or future discount. They had to close because they were so turned around. Cook fixed everyone's mistake if anything he's the only one who deserved the tips on 12/21. First and last time. Sad, had such potential.

Charged me extra for water they never gave me, ignored me when I walked up to ask about it and when they’d taken the napkins in too early they ignored me when asking for a napkin. Employees were rude. Won’t be coming back and it’s not often I go somewhere with service that poor.

I've gotten the black n blue burger a bazillion times it's amazing!!!! It's also super convenient, right next to the regal, so it's been my go to spot for a bite when hanging with family and friends before watching a movie

Only been here once. Waited 30 minutes for a cold chicken sandwich that was supposed to be warm. Was standing right by the window the entire time and they didn't bother to tell me it was ready. Can't say it was worth it...
