It was the atmosphere that drew me in. The atmosphere either works for you or it doesn’t. It’s a strip mall, it’s going to have that strip mall feel. The place looks like it hasn’t made up its mind what it wants to be and that works for me; a restaurant, a bar, a gambling place? It’s all three, like when a buddy installs a wet bar in his garage where he’s has that old sports car he’s been working on for years. It had that feel for me.
There’s a pool table right in the middle of this small place. I love it. Being a small place appealed to me. The Lady here can do a good job cooking in her small kitchen too.
I think teriyaki is her specialty? I ordered the yakisoba and I got teriyaki chicken on yakisoba noodles. Life is such an adventure. She’s got quite the selection of booze at the bar in a very attractive arrangement. I never went into the little side room for the gambling. If you have ever known anyone who has started business and ran a small business, the owner is good to talk to. If you are thinking about starting a business, a talk with her will encourage you. She knows the stress and rewards of business ownership.

We got two entree’s and both were just wonderful. The teryaki chicken was moist and their sauce was good and thick. The side salad came with fresh avocado. The staff was so nice. We sat outside and it was just a great day.

We stopped in a few days ago, and were very impressed. Although the seating area was small, it was extremely clean.
The owner Kim was very warm and friendly as though she had known us as regulars for years. She welcomed everyone as they cams in. The food was what I expected for the price. We had a clipp coupon so the total for our lunch was less than $5.

I had the Cheese Steak and was big and tasty a little thinner than you would expect in filling but at was great at the menu price. The Thai Tea was top notch. My wife had Tempus shrimp and it was fresh and delicious.

A tip for Kim: She can cut the bun in 1/2 length wayss and use the same filling and it would still be a great deal. THe bun was HUGE and bigger than expected. But if you eat a lot of carbs its for you! Yes they have Video Gambling

We will be coming back even though we are on the other side of Portland for a 23-55 min drive (217) depending on time and date worth the drive.... Highly recommend!

The owner of this business is so hard working and driven. The food is great and it’s a perfect place to grab a bite to eat. Great prices and good food!

Best I can say is meh. Wasn't bad. But basically microwave teriyaki and standard salad with avocado added. Not bad, but just meh.

Love the service and they have gambling and a full bar. Their menu is also pretty extravagant! They have everything from fried rice to Philly cheese steaks lol haven't had a bad experience yet. Well priced everything!

*Hidden Gem* Great place to have a few bites and drinks. The owner Kim is usually here and is an absolute joy to chat with. Croud is very fun as well, food and drinks are priced very very fairly. Wonderful spot!
