Little Caesars Pizza

Service was terrible, many left waiting for someone to even acknowledge those of us at the counter. Literally listened to employee try and talk customers out of ordering by over exaggerating wait times. Person in front of me was going to order 2 additional pizzas and employee talked them out of it. They were left understaffed , no manager in sight, and clearly this was learned behavior from poor training and example. Must be nice to be so busy you have your employees trying to talk customers out of spending more money. Plenty of competition with far better pizza and service to choose from to ever go back. Do better Little Caesars.

I came in at 352 and ordered food that is advertised as hot ready starting at 4pm. I got my food at 420 pm. 2 men that ordered after me got their food 1st. They didn't order hot and ready items. It seems the men's order was worked on 1st. Terrible. Dont recommend.

This store messes up our order every single time and i’m done ordering from them. Tried calling in to get a refund but the area manager Kevin refused and accused me of lying about getting the wrong food. Completely unprofessional and terrible service. Will not be ordering again I’ve given up on these fools.

I give this place a 5 star rating. Their flat bread pepperoni is amazing and the cheesy Italian bread sticks are astronomical but they. Are u pay for the marinara sauce for ur bread sticks. They should come with some. The service is ok pretty good seeing they seem to be understaffed a lot. And food comes up decent time.

I have went there twice since I moved to this area. Both times they seemed understaffed and people in line with nobody taking orders. The manager was barking orders and verbally trashing the employees to the point the staff were brow beaten and you could tell it was a toxic work environment. The second time was about the same but there were even more people in line and one guy said he had been in line 20 minutes and had not seen anyone. A male voice presumably the manager from the back said “ If you don’t like it leave ! “. I could hear the guy talking trash in the back to a worker as well. Most everybody in there just started leaving, myself included. I cannot believe this an isolated incident as it occurred both times I randomly came in there several months apart. Whoever is running that place is costing the owner money and is a sorry excuse for a manager. Plus the mental toll on mostly woman employees makes me feel bad for them. Talk about a crappy place to work. I refuse to eat there anymore.

What I normally order is cheese bread but this location I went to cheese tasted like canned cheese you but on a cracker and was yellow instead of it’s normal white.

I walked on to get my food from the portal and I heard and seen the GM (Kevin I think his name was) yelling rudely at his employees. Very unprofessional especially with customers in the building. I will not return until something is done about this man's horrible attitude 😒

Rude manager, poor customer service, and the place was just dirty. My brother and me waited 30 minutes for a pizza. They didn’t want to refund. Manager left employee for whole 15 minutes with a huge line of customers alone.

My pizza arrived to me with a hole literally in the center of it!! Each slice a different size and wonky not even fully cut ! Photos have been sent to door dash and corporate as the hole in the center of my pizza concens me.
I honestly thought I was being pranked. Does Little Caesars pizza always look like recycled Chuckie cheese pizza?! Were my expectations too high? Genuinely confused. Cuz this is nasty.

Went in about 12;30 pm waited about 20 minutes, several people walked out some that had done an online order due to having limited time for lunch. Had hungry kids with me, had to go eat food that we really didn't want.
