Spoke with the gal in the front and repeadiatly told her i didnt want peperoni on my pretzel pizza and even joked about how inused to work there and hated the pep than, she told me it would be on and so when i drove home 30 minutes back and then checked the pizza and what do you know peperoni all over almost like she was deliberitly messing wiith me, not okay. I called at 10:20 (they close at 11) i get a operator stating that they turned off there electronics for the night and than proceeded to hangup on me while i was mid sentence. Not okay, i have the audio recording and i will be reporting to the BBB.

whoever runs this location is horrible lol placed an order online waited 50 mins got nothing sent 😂 employees genuinely probably doing nothing as i watched no one in the store maybe some dude in the back for like 5 seconds. considering im not the only person with a review tonight about this garbage im sure its not just me lmao. ridiculous. enjoy my 12$ donation with nothing in return bruh

The workers were great! They were friendly, helpful, and worked hard to get the orders done quickly. I got the Artisan double pepperoni, and it was awesome! It was was like a combination of pizza and delicious bread sticks. It was only $7.99! I highly recommend the location and the Artisan pizza!!!

I went in at 10:30 30 minutes before they close and was told they didn’t want to take any more orders even though they close at 11:00
Maybe you should change your hours on the sign so it reads “how we feel for the day is when we close for the day” and feel free to email us all as well so we all can get the memo ahead of time and don’t drive in to pick up food and can’t go somewhere that stays open when they say they are open like Papa John’s down the road that I went to next with their papa pairings at 6.99 each pizza it’s a better deal only cost me 21.00 out the door with 2 pepperoni and a Hawaiian. I guess maybe you guys did me a favor if I look at the glass half full.

Completely underbaked the whole bottom of the pizza. Practically raw. Waste of my time counting on them to make a decent pizza. Also, I wish they would salt just the crust with the pretzel salt not the whole pizza.

Service was terrible, many left waiting for someone to even acknowledge those of us at the counter. Literally listened to employee try and talk customers out of ordering by over exaggerating wait times. Person in front of me was going to order 2 additional pizzas and employee talked them out of it. They were left understaffed , no manager in sight, and clearly this was learned behavior from poor training and example. Must be nice to be so busy you have your employees trying to talk customers out of spending more money. Plenty of competition with far better pizza and service to choose from to ever go back. Do better Little Caesars.

I came in at 352 and ordered food that is advertised as hot ready starting at 4pm. I got my food at 420 pm. 2 men that ordered after me got their food 1st. They didn't order hot and ready items. It seems the men's order was worked on 1st. Terrible. Dont recommend.

This store messes up our order every single time and i’m done ordering from them. Tried calling in to get a refund but the area manager Kevin refused and accused me of lying about getting the wrong food. Completely unprofessional and terrible service. Will not be ordering again I’ve given up on these fools.

I give this place a 5 star rating. Their flat bread pepperoni is amazing and the cheesy Italian bread sticks are astronomical but they. Are u pay for the marinara sauce for ur bread sticks. They should come with some. The service is ok pretty good seeing they seem to be understaffed a lot. And food comes up decent time.
