Regularly come into this location to order a Hot-N-Ready pepperoni. 9 times out of 10 they don't have a hot and ready available they don't tell you that they don't have it they wait till they ring you up and then tell you you have to wait. When you ask for a refund they inform you that only their manager can issue refunds and he is not here.

if i could leave a zero i would. Took us about eight minutes after walking in to even be acknowledged and the employee looked at us like we were stupid and didn’t even bother to greet us politely when attending us. When our payment went through we were waiting for the sauce we bought and she looked at my parter and asked if he needed a receipt or something (we were waiting for some conformation that we were good to go and our sauce) and when he said no she essentially shoo’d us off.

Its little caesars, we dont expect amazing pizza. Its pretty standard cheap pizza.
This one is worse. The crazy puffs were like squished cookies with pepperoni and cheese, the cheese bread was overcooked and pretty solid, and the pizza was undercooked and doughy.
I understand hating your job but come on, grow up, tough it out and do it correctly, otherwise why the hell are you there? Is it really so difficult to put in the minimum amount of effort required to do the job you get paid for?

Great pawn shop highly recommend
Don’t waste your time with these rude representatives. Store manager Austin gave false information about redeeming rewards, and proceeded to hang up on me when I was asking questions about reward redemption. When I came into the store in person, the gentleman said he didn’t say that when I spoke in person to him, all I was trying to do was inform him that you can redeem the free pizzas in app. Just so that he wouldn’t continue to spread false information to other customers

Very average Little Caesars. Employees were nice, location is good, and pizza is exactly what you’d expect from Little Caesars but hard to beat the price!

The DISTRICT MANAGER was in the lobby on the phone and was so rude with their employee. Undermining and simply not how a manager should treat their employees. Said. “Can’t you see I’m on the phone” maybe consider new management or some training on how to treat employees better. Then talks about them while sitting next to them. So rude and uncalled for. How embarrassing to treat your employees like this in front of customers.

They keep serving food raw. I grew up going here, and this problem has only existed the last year or so, but it's definitely happened to us now at least 3 times. Dough is just raw in the center. Sorry to strike it off my list now. ?

They made my pizza wrong and burned it, which made it taste burnt as well. Italian cheese bread was small. I was truly upset about this because I was craving it.

The pizza was incredibly doughy. So much dough it shouldn’t even be called pizza. Consider this a cake, but it’s not even that because it’s not edible. Do not come. Do not come.
The service is also terrible. They can’t comprehend how Uber pick up orders work. How can I provide you a code for your pick up pod when it’s through Uber??? How hard is it to hand it over the counter when I show you directly what I ordered on my phone. No, we have to make a HUGE scene over a code I was never provided, and require you to show my ID. Brother I am showing you my own order that I placed on my phone. Save your sanity and money, and go to any other pizza joint than this one.

Expect to show your ID and be treated like a criminal when picking up some low quality pizza. Went for pickup today for a $25 order of some basic items, 2 pizzas and some crazy puffs.
First, it was almost impossible to pick up my order. They required an ID for pick up, when I questioned why (I had the uber app with my order details showing id paid, front desk girl confirmed my order) I was told to speak with the manager. The supposed manager was greasy, hairy, unkept, and had a horribly unpleasant odor. After being declined my $20 order without my partner’s ID (they purchased the order) which meant I had to go get them from the car to receive my order.
When I got home, I realized the crazy puffs had ZERO SAUCE and were drier than the sahara. The pizzas are both doughy, uneven, undercooked, and toppings were extremely sparse compared to other locations. Despite being kept in the warmer, the items were cold. Judging from other recent reviews, these problems seem common. Do not order from this location.

Also will continue to update as needed for any future orders.
10/2/2024 Updated to reflect that the next day the owner did remake the doughy pizza after I brought it in to him. While waiting he did end up throwing in some extras as well. The redone pizza was made correctly, and cooked thoroughly.
Editing my previous decent review

I’m guessing they rushed through making it and rushed getting it here.
When I called about the order, a few minutes before closing they answered said “if there’s a problem with your order they can help you tomorrow morning” and hung up without me saying a word.
(update: i was told the staff would be spoken to by the owner)
The pizza was half uncooked - dough about 50%.
The other pizza that was $20 - the stuffed crust deep dish, was half the size as a regular deep dish, wrong toppings, crazy bread absolutely just a block of dough with some haphazard cuts, and the other that was at least breadstick shaped had nothing on it and was dry.
