I love this little Cesar's pizza location. Plenty of parking, take out only location. I always order our pizza here whenever we have pizza party for my work.I never had to see any complaints or issues with my online order here. Pizza is very good always on time, the crew are friendly and professional, and the pizza is always hot and ready just as advertise.

I spent 30$ on pizza and found a nasty brassy bleached bondish hair in my pizza I pulled it out of my mouth and they now are not answering this is fugging disgusting ?...called this morning Kevin Cook is a horrible manager he apparently has a case of the little man syndrome, he runs his Betch mouth down the betch river that flowes over the betch mountain.

DO NOT DELIVER! It took an hour and a half to get my order delivered and it was missing the stuffed crazy bread. No answer of calls and text to the driver. Why even offer delivery? Oh the food was ICE cold. Yum.
Terrible customer service! We ordered a fanceroni for $12.99 and got a regular pepperoni pizza that costs $9.99. I thought it would be simple to just call and get reimbursed the difference, no biggie. Yes it’s only $2.99 but it’s still my money they stole. Ended up speaking to Kevin the manager who acts like a cop. First he had an attitude like he’s a cop investigating a homicide he said in order to get reimbursed we would have to take pictures and email to him. Then he said he would have to call me back once he received all the “evidence.” Then if I didn’t answer my phone when he called he wouldn’t be able to do anything about it. Well, still waiting on the call! Guess his caseload investigating pizza errors is huge.

Manager refused to release pizza unless he visibly seen my driver app confirm picked up order. He was rude and out of his lane.
Oh good god! I watched an employee WALK ON TOP OF THESE BOXES!!! HOW GROSS!!! And she is KICKING the boxes instead of just MOVING THEM. Gross!!!!AVOID THIS RESTAURANT ????

Thank you for the excellent customer service!! Pizza was amazing! Please offer the lunch box size at dinner!! I just can't eat a regular size deep dish alone! So good!
You would think with as many negative reviews this location has, something would be done already!!! So, I'm adding to the mix of all of them and what's 1 more going to hurt? LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!!This location is AWEFUL.I STRONGLY don't recommend.Poorly ran.Rude and under staffed.Unsanitary.I'm a pizza snob and once in awhile, I get a nitch for my nostalgic "little caesars" pizza. Last night was my final straw for me for this location.Last night, is the 2nd time I've had hair in my pizza!!! Like, bite into a course and grainy piece of HAIR. I can't stomach the amount of disgust I have and yet, kept giving business back to this location from the last time. They try to just credit you for a new pizza, or physically make you come up to the store for a refund to "fix" the issue. It's bad business and just disgusting, unsanitary and violating. The staff should be wearing hair garments, especially the men with beards. So disappointed. Will not return to this location again. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I've had more bad experiences here, than good. ??

Was told the marinara sauce for my bread was not included because it gets “soggy” you have to ask at the counter. Now are smoking cause sauce in a container does not get soggy.. would not give my money back for the sauce I paid a dollar extra for either.

Everyone's pizza has been awful, since covid. Believe me, everyone's! Ive stopped going to any pizza place I used to frequent. Little Caesars has been perfect and costs less. The staff is polite too. Their pizza tastes delicious.
