The food was very good and we got a second basket of chips very close to the time we finished our first. The service overall was not great unfortunately. Upon seating us our server asked us how we were and in return we asked them about themselves. They replied, “I'm tired and ready to go home honestly.” We responded that yeah we get that having just got off work ourselves. We did not expect his service to reflect just how checked out he was. We were ready to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday with some good food and drinks however my partners glass of Pepsi went empty for most of our meal. I just got water which didn't need to be refilled at all, but our server walked past our table multiple times without filling his glass. He had to be flagged down and asked each time my boyfriend needed a refill. I went to pay with a Visa gift card that was declined so he brought it back and instead of waiting two seconds for me to gab my debit card he left for 10minutes. Finally came back to get my card and it was gone for another 10 minutes! We were waiting for the check already by the time we got it so had been just sitting there waiting to be charged and leave for over 20minutes. I tipped 5 bucks cash still on a $42 bill but it was difficult to leave anything on the table after waiting so long to leave.

A lively experience. Active vibrant place with lots of large parties, especially of young adults. Friendly service. Carne Asada was tasty but really chewy. Prefer the food at Juan Colorado or other local Mexican restaurants.
Beautiful location. We had previously visited the one in Beaverton. The ambience in Tigard feels much more upscale and fancy. Delicious food, great service, great drinks, really good dinning experience.

I had lunch there yesterday with a friend and it was beyond our expectations. The food was delicious, and the portions were huge. We ordered the shrimp ceviche and steak fajitas and had leftovers enough for another meal. Also, the staff was pleasant and Betty, who is part of the Margarita Factory family, who gracious and took the time to talk with us. I would definitely urge anybody to visit this beautiful restaurant! I've already planned a girl's night-out there next week... can't wait! (also, the happy hour has amazing deals)

The steak fajitadilla is absolutely delicious. The fresh guacamole is also great with very good flavor. The service was friendly, and the ambiance is the best!

This place seems to be about the drinks and the old fashioned was not only bad but cost $17.25.The food is also not interesting. Rice and beans are largely flavorless. The tortillas aren’t good. Chips and salsa are very average.If you like reggaeton music, this is your place. The decor and service are good.

We love how quiet the atmosphere is; as if a lot of attention went into buffering some of the crowd noise. I can actually carry on a conversation. Today, my wife, stepson and I had a wonderful time. Our server, Raudel, was top-notch!!! He was very personable, attentive and he checked on us regularly to confirm we had everything we needed. Your managers and owners should be proud to have a such a great asset in Raudel!!! Please make sure you tell him what a great job he did in taking care of us!! Thank you!!!

Had excellent service from the start when I called in and spoke to Melly, she was beyond helpful and so sweet! She greeted us when we got there and we got the most wonderful table. The restaurant is so beautiful and everywhere you look it’s just romantic, fun, and alive.Our server Jared kept up the good energy with his excellent attentiveness and charm. Not looking so good to start. We checked in for our reservation and waited 15 minutes only to be taken to a table already taken by someone else. Hostess apologized but then proceeded to take two other groups (the same size as us) before finding us another table?! We get a beautiful table and are told hurry up and order since happy hour is ending but the server is no where to be found! Chips and water come from a guy who says he doesn't speak English when we ask to order... Had to ask manager to find our server so we could order before happy hour ends. A few minutes later our server arrives. We did make happy hour but were there for over thirty minutes (from the time we checked in for our reservation) by then. Place is busy and noisy but there are lots of staff. Hopefully the food is better than our experience so far! Going on 45 minutes here with no sign of our food...

Service is what it's all about and the service was just messed up. Waited, for several reasons... First and biggest delay was the table they wanted to take us to was taken... So we basically went back to the bottom of the list while they seated others who came in 15 minutes after our reservation time. No water refills offered even though our glasses were empty. No server to be found for at least ten minutes after we were seated... Food was okay but nothing to write home about. One good thing, fried ice cream was good and I'd come back for that alone.

Food was really good. We had a very large party(16) and they did a great job of getting everyone’s food out in a timely manner. The only disappointment here is the tequila selection. Little to no additive free tequila to choose from. A place repping the name “Margarita Factory” should have a better selection of high end agave spirits. Outside of this, great experience. Short Rib Colorado is meltingly tender and really good.

We enjoyed Margarita Factory for the first time with our family anniversary dinner celebration. Our waiter was so accommodating. Our margarita Drinks were an adventure in proportion, quality and even a multi colored ice cube! Food was fantastic . I feel like I was back in Southern CA . Dining in Crystal Cove or Fashion Island . The decor is absolutely perfect , a treat for the eyes .
