Mediocre quality, food not prepared correctly, after telling them the food wasn't prepared properly they just handed me a napkin and walked away. Dry and fried all the way through, but it was obvious they just didn't care. Two stars is a gift, really they deserve one star.

The lady taking the orders was very nice and professional. The location is neat and clean. The food tasted sort of good but the chicken had burnt pieces, the rice had rather dried out and the veggies were only cabbage!!!! I think I saw a microscopic piece of broccoli and 2 thin strips of carrot!!! ? It seems the cook wasn't having a good day or didn't really want to be there! We might give it another try because of the attention given by the cashier lady.Parking: Across Walmart, so, plenty parking!Wheelchair accessibility: Very spacious for a wheelchair to navigate at ease!

Delicious fused fresh Japanese and Korean quick service restaurant ranging from teriyaki chicken to Buldak (super spicy korean bbq) to tender beef short ribs. They have kimchi! Get extra veggies and have brown rice option. Go here regularly for a quick lunch or take out dinner and always satisfying. Wonderful friendly service. Very very reasonable prices. Got some food to go today, Chicken Katsu. Had to drive back to work before I started eating it and noticed a thick black hair poking out of the breading. Gross, but whatever, pulled that out. Second piece also had black hair. Third piece I actually took a picture of it still in the chicken. Don't know how this thick black hair was not noticed before frying the chicken, as it was imbedded into the breading. Not sure why such a long hair or so many short hairs made it through a hair net, but gross. Didn't have time to drive back and didn't have time to get something else so I just pulled the hairs out, but I will not be returning to this location. I love the Mashita in King City, though.

The chicken for the katsu was very tasty -- it wasn't dry or pounded too thin and the breading was perfectly crispy. The teriyaki sauce was pretty good too. The rice was dry for our taste and the katsu sauce a tad ketchup-ish. Good prices, lots of seating, friendly staff, and our food came out in a timely manner.

Absolutely horrible... teriyaki special was so bad. Chicken dry, old probably cooked the day before. Pot stickers... frozen, right out of a box. Stale rice, dry, hard, Even the cabbage was off. Just don't taste right. Food did come out in record time though about less then a minute..
