Went there late at night and you could tell they were under staffed but the pulled through and got me a tasty big Mac in a very reasonable amount of time. The crew that was working the night shift on 12-18-25 really impressed me with their attitude and performance

For the price they are charging now I at least expect the fries to be cooked. We live about 5 minutes away and by the time I got home with the food, all the fries were limp and undercooked. The double cheeseburgers had no (rehydrated) onions and were extremely dry. Last visit to McDonald's for my husband and I.

I walked in hungry, but as soon as I saw the prices on the menu I only ordered a coffee. Not all McDonald's are created equal anymore it seems. Everything on the menu was consistently higher in price than any McDonald's I've ever been to. There's a McDonald's downtown with better prices. Greed is outrageous.

Order accuracy in the Drive-Thru is non-existent! Worse, when you walk in to bring it to their attention they offer no apologies! Had they simply acknowledged my concern and/or at least been friendly, I would not have left this Google review as I prefer not to leave negative reviews. The worst thing you can give your customers is silence!
Edited: I truly wish I had read this locations reviews before coming here! No wonder this location has such poor customer reviews! This McDonald's is not like other McDonald's and should be avoided at all costs!

Way overpriced for food, if you can call it that, so over processed it can set for months, not draw flys, lacks any signs of any decomposition, mold, not even maggots will touch it! It's not food! Do not put this crap in your body.
The incompetence at this McDonald’s is actually wild. Employees walking around, stare at you and walk off. The woman with greenish hair has to be the worst manager I’ve ever seen. How hard is it to put together an order in under 20 minutes?! It’s amazing these people have jobs

Food is, well....McDonald's food. It is as one would expect, although occasionally a smidge better than usual.
Really solid service, though....and consistently so. I had an issue with my order once, and I left the feedback on the app because the issue meant I couldn't eat the food. Within 24 hours, a manager from the store called me personally to apologize, refunded the amount of the item, and told me to stop by anytime for a replacement meal on them. This location is near my office, and I stop by more often than I would like to admit, so I'm confident that my experience isn't a one off (at least for the lunch/afternoon shift).
