Great personal service. Had to wait for my special order - no problem - and when delivered, I got the order for the other car that was waiting. The other car left, and the McDonals's worker took off after them to switch bags. She caught up with them and got the bags switched. Both of us had ordered different steak breakfasts, so when she brought the orders to me, it sounded like my order, so I accepted it. All worked out okay, and the worker did exceptional service to get things right. Good job, hot food, and happy customer.

I want to order a value meal and I went to order a sweet tea to it. When I went to pay, the sweet tea is 50 Cents more? Are you kidding me? I don't normally in McDonald's and this will probably kill any desire to ever come in here again

Manager on duty argued with me about steak mcgriddle saying no locations sell them. When I showed him that they do on the app. Instead of apologizing for telling a customer incorrect information he had said "why did you wait here to show me that!" I honestly thought you'd want to know so you don't continue with the misinformation.

I’ve always dug this McDonald’s, especially compared to others in the area. Gia (I hope I’m spelling that correctly), who was working the drive-thru, when I just rolled through there, deserves a raise/bonus! As I haven’t been met with that level of genuine friendliness from an individual in customer service for a minute………….especially not from someone working at these hours.
This staff has heart, they treated us better here than any restaurant I've been to in a long time.

I’ve never had a bad experience here until tonight, both employees, the girl taking orders, and the guy at the window were extremely rude, disrespectful, the girl that was taking orders over the intercom kept cutting me off and started to yell at me because I asked if their frappe machine was down for cleaning or if I could order one, and talking shit to me on the other side of the window so I couldn’t hear what he was saying, sucky experience

It’s McDonald’s; I didn’t have that high of expectations to begin with, but the employees were incredibly rude and the food was inedible. My sandwich was clearly thrown together and the bun was ripped and it wouldn’t even hold together. We sat in the drive through line for over 20 minutes (we considered bailing numerous times, and I truly wish we had.) hard pass on this location

My wife and I had originally gone to the McDonald's on Main but we had a horrible experience there so we decided to go down the street to this location and they were much nicer and more helpful. Some workers didn't look very happy but it was Christmas and I did feel bad they had to be there but one of the employees told us that they were getting paid extra to be there so good for you McDonald's for taking care of your people like that cause I worked for Sharis for 7 years and every year I was required to work on the holidays and never once got paid anything extra. But we appreciated that the people at this location were so much nicer then the other location. We will make sure to come back to this one even though it's a little further away from us its worth it for the better customer service. Thank you
