Absolutely the slowest drive thru of any restaurant imaginable. This place is pathetic.
Also - would it kill you to train your morning staff better? Why is this the only location that consistently overcooks the burritos? If Scholls Ferry had better food options, I promise this location would be struggling to keep the doors open. Overcooked and hard burritos every.single.time.

Wanted to eat in the dining room, around 7pm on Sunday. There was not a single place to sit that didn't have crumbs. All of the tables and seats were dirty. Nobody was going around cleaning the tables. It's really depressing. I wish we could have the old world back. It's not cheap to eat at McDonald's either.

No napkins or condiments. Self serve fountain drinks are gone. It's ridiculous that you have to go up to the counter and ask for something that was once readily available.
Employees are swamped constantly with the never ending barrage of online and drive thru orders that dine in orders consistently suffer and as a result you are constantly missing items from your order. Out of the last 5 visits, they've gotten the order right once.

If you do go here do not go inside and order your food. I know it’s common practice for McDonald’s to prioritize the drive thru but in this store it’s very obvious that they treat the drive thru customers a lot better then the people who want to dine in. It took almost an hour and a half to get our food and when we did get our food it was missing about couple of items we ordered. When I start driving home with my food I had a sip of my drink just to realize that my drink was wrong also. Terrible service and the food was mediocre at best. The restaurant itself was nasty and dirty.

I've been here a couple times and never felt the need to post about the service because it is hit or miss usually but this recent experience was upsetting. Did a mobile order, was unable to add a cup of water in the app so asked for it at the speaker and they were unable to add it and said try to add it at the second window. We were told it was $.25 and they weren't able to add it at the second window. We also asked when we were told "Dr. Pepper" if they knew it was diet, not original. The person responded "it's what it's listed as" which was rude in my opinion. Felt like they were annoyed we were trying to be efficient and ordering through the app but also asking for something was an inconvenience to them. It was even that busy for a Saturday morning.
Parking: Parking can be hard if they are busy but walking over from next door is an option.

The nicest and most professional employee there was the lady doing the cleaning (mopping at the time). I did a curbside order and waited at the designated spot. After waiting a while, I walked in asking where my order was. I was asked my name and then told someone with my name picked it up. I said, "I've been waiting at the designated curbside spot this whole time." As I pointed, the "manager" told me, "CALM DOWN GEEZ, I'll remake it." I requested a refund. But the manager there told me that I had to request it via the app where I had done my order. However, the app says to go to the store for a refund. I asked for the phone number of his supervisor. He looked around and someone else told him, "Oh, just call the number on the receipt. The receipt had a local phone number. They said that is the number to call with complaints. I called that number and it went directly to the store where an employee from that same store picked up. So, my order was given to some random person instead of being handed to me at my curbside spot, no apology was given, just attitude, I was given the wrong information about a refund, and I was also given the wrong number to try to get ahold of someone who could hold this staff accountable. Worst McDonald's I've been to.

They served me the wrong order. So I went in to get my correct order leaving the bag of food they gave me behind. But they wanted the order they gave me. Otherwise, they were gonna hold my food hostage. Which didn't make sense because they were just gonna throw away. The food they gave me away. So honestly, they're just wasting food, making mistakes. I mean, this is what we talk about in the country, and they're doing it right here
