Horrible management. I called about my DoorDash order to make sure they don’t give me a large fry that’s nots even halfway full AGAIN! and the manager Hispanic lady answered and tells me I have to talk to door dash but they’re not the ones who messed up my order. It’s you guys I want to talk to and the proceeds to hang up on me!!!. Horrible customer service. Absolutely horrible.

I don't know if something has changed at McDonald's. It seems like their morning service I.E. breakfast is eithet a hit or miss. I get the sausage egg biscuit. The patty is luke warm, almost cold, like it did not finish the warming up process. The sandwich is put together sloppy. Each day is a guessing game on how your order will be made. It's almost like there is no consistency

This McDonalds is terrible!!! They messed my order up the last 3 times. Also, the Big Macs were disgusting as they were drowning in the “special sauce”. The owners and managers don’t care about this particular franchise

Wish i could do 0 Stars, Poor Customer service. Can't even get a kids Happy meal right. I asked for a chocolate milk at the drive thru monitor. The guy rang it up as a XS Coke, i didnt realize when i paid because he didn't give me a Reciept. Got to the pick up window and the guy tried to hand me a Coke i told him thats not mine i asked for a Chocolate milk. He tried to hand it to me a 2nd time and i told him again No i asked for a chocolate milk. He said okay we need you to park and we will run everything out to you. So i Parked with my 3yo in 100⁰ heat for the guy running my food out to me to Not only not Even bring a drink but to then fight me on it saying thats not whats on the reciept. I told him to go talk to the guy at the drive thru and asked Again for a chocolate milk. At this point he handed me my food and started back inside. A few minutes later i got out and took my son out of the car seat to see what is going on with the order beacuse he should have only needed to grab a chocolate milk and ask the other guy real quick if i have gotten my drink for the happy meal which the guy at the pick up window could have easily said no he hasnt its a chocolate milk. But instead he took his sweet time and i unbuckled my son and started walking in to see the guy finally comming out with the milk, so im taking my sweet time to write this 1 star review. Those 3 deserve a pay decrease below minimum wage because they are not even trying to do the minimum work. Pathetic.

Then I order a Double Bacon QPR meal large with sprite no ice and ask they not push in the sides of my fry boxes. I first get a sprite with ice and have to remind them I ordered no ice. Then I get my food and the fries are cold, stale and nasty and there's no bacon on my BACON Dbl Qpdr. When I called to speak with a manager I was hung up on 4 times by at least 2 different ppl. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and I've been to McDonald's on the South Side of Chicago, the East Side of Detroit and Little Rock Arkansas!

The last two times I have ordered food for delivery, they have not included the mcflurry I ordered. If the item is not available, please why make it an option to order? Otherwise, sounds like associates need to be restrained on checking orders for accuracy. We dont eat fast food often, but from now on when we do, this restaurant won't be considered as an option seeing as we keep paying for food that we aren't receiving

I ordered an online delivery service and had a 40-piece Nuggets with 6 sauces, and it's on the receipt. And I even called the dasher and the store to ask them to MAKE SURE THE SAUCES WERE IN THE BAG!!! Low and behold, they were not in the bag, not one!!!!! This makes no sense!!! I understand that grown adults can't work at night, so most of them are teenagers or 20 year olds but simple instructions that are on the bag shouldn't be an issue!!!! We are out of town on business, and this is ridiculous!!
