Wanted to eat in the dining room, around 7pm on Sunday. There was not a single place to sit that didn't have crumbs. All of the tables and seats were dirty. Nobody was going around cleaning the tables. It's really depressing. I wish we could have the old world back. It's not cheap to eat at McDonald's either.

I've been here a couple times and never felt the need to post about the service because it is hit or miss usually but this recent experience was upsetting. Did a mobile order, was unable to add a cup of water in the app so asked for it at the speaker and they were unable to add it and said try to add it at the second window. We were told it was $.25 and they weren't able to add it at the second window. We also asked when we were told "Dr. Pepper" if they knew...
