You never know at the King city McDonald’s if it’s going to be cold or part of your order missing. The fries are 75% of the time cold. Tonight they were stone cold as if they had sat there for the last 20 minutes. Forget about asking for napkins you can ask for napkins, but you’ll still get an empty bag so sit there and open up the bag to see if you’ve got those!

There was a very nice man named Michael sweeping the lobby, he was super friendly and helped me pass the EXTREMELY LONG WAIT for my little to-go order of just two fries. The fries were actually salty, so yay! It’s about time. Usually stingy on salt here. AVOID. TOO MANY MCDONALDS TO SETTLE FOR THIS ONE They have a sign that says their daily goals which includes “Greet all customers,” and “Make a customer, not a sale!” I was waiting 18 minutes for 2 Lrg Fries. Maybe if they didn’t mosey everywhere like it’s the Wild West, things would get done faster. And I did not see any customer being greeted, let alone myself. Guess some things are just for show.

Tbh not the worst McDonald's ever, but our food is made incorrectly more often than not. And when go to get it corrected or they forget to give us our sodas we spend like 10 minutes waiting at the counter.

The service is awful. I only come here because it's convenient but the service is not great. I came to the drive through and patiently waited but another car that came before had already ordered and went on while I was still waiting.

Consistently forgets about their drive through customers... if they tell you to wait in a stall, DO NOT WAIT IN A STALL.
Also their prices are getting pretty insane..

Last 2 times been there, missing 4 pc nugget in meal deal and literally get in argument with manager over it. It was on the receipt but he could not see it in black and white, I took it as a language barrier him being Hispanic. Next visit order a 40% of a sandwich on the APP, go to pick up order and sandwich not on order. Even after APP says we got your code. Same manager so just left without said sandwich just not worth it. About the same time in the evening so just stay clear of them early evening and save the heart ache. We’ve gone thru there around the same time in the last year but have only had issues recently. Next time going to Sherwood, don’t need the hassle
Ordered a bacon McDouble without mustard and received a regular McDouble when I took it back it took the 20 minutes to correct then when we got it it had mustard.. reading a screen isn't hard
