Why the hell does water cost money? That stuff comes right out of our pipes and i have to pay just to get some water to drink? That and they dont serve french fries or any regular food until later in the day. I dont want a hashbrown first thing in the morning i want a large fry.

Well, that was disappointing. Decided to check out this location instead of my usual. Just a simple order--Egg McMuffin. Got charged $3.99, tho my $2.49 app code was accepted and acknowledged by the drive-thru staffer. As if the 60% overcharge wasn't enough, there was no cheese on the Egg McMuffin, rendering it lifeless. Yay, Durham Road McDonald's.

Just ordered for delivery today, 3 Happy Meals with Chicken Nuggets and extra fries instead of apple slices and all with juice boxes. Well, 2 came with apple slices instead of extra fries and only 1 juice box had a straw. Their kids meals for toddlers which was specified when it came to the toy type. Grandkids ages 2 and 3. So they really can't eat the apples. Since it was a delivery, I couldn't double check the order. Disappointed.

Horrible experience to order. They didn't answer well about my question of food drink, and ended up I got wrong drink that I can't drink due to my health and no refund. I'll never ever order at this location again.

Went inside to get a fountain drink for myself and a side of whipped cream for my dog.
The cashier would not charge me for whipped cream 'because we don't have a button for it' and when I suggested other ideas 'a slice of cheese, a burger patty, a small hot chocolate' I was met with but that's not what we're giving you.
It seems utterly ridiculous that they can't make things work out - even if I'm asking to pay a lot more than a side of whipped cream costs.
I was going through the drive thru in the afternoon and they ended up forgetting 20 pieces chicken nuggets which did not find out until I got home and when I noticed it I called the store to let them know which one of the managers in the afternoon apologized to me and told me I can come to drive thru or in person to pick it up which then I asked if I can pick it up later in the afternoon or evening which she told me just to mention her name and asked her to write down my first and last name so at least that way they can remember it. So later on I went to go to drive thru later on that evening while talking to the manager through drive thru and he asked who I talked to and I told him Sarah which I knew her name started with a S but honestly forgot her name then he told me he didn’t have a manager name that which I apologize and told him that I forgot her name and then he said he couldn’t help me because he didn’t trust my word which then I told him that I gave the manager my first and last name then told me that it wasn’t wrote down any where and then he told me he didn’t want to say to me that to come back tomorrow to talk to his bosses which I thought it was just really it was unprofessional that he couldn’t help me out and which I still had the receipt. I just didn’t think it was going to be a issue over 20 piece nuggets and that night manager Jose just couldn’t be understanding.

We stop by after my little nephew was released from the emergency room do to a motorcycle accident and when we order we had order 12 mcchickens and the person taking the order said if that was all we were going to order because they couldn’t do more.
