The store has a sign up above near the kitchen that says greet every Customer be number one we can do it and work as a team. They don’t acknowledge when you walk in the door at all. It took like 10 minutes to get like a meal set absolutely insane

There was a hispanic looking girl at the counter who don’t know how to help customers, we waited at drive thru for 27 minutes just for them to get our order wrong like always, we went inside to get it fixed and the girl had attitude when it wasn’t even our fault to begin with it’s yours, if they got the orders right no one would go back to complain lol this McDonalds is filled with teen workers but takes so long for “fast food”

Usually don’t write reviews but beware ordering breakfast from the app for drive through pick up, this is the 5th time this specific location forgot the breakfast burritos in my order. But I guess my fault for forgetting to check the bag.

Absolutely probably one of the worst ordering experience for one little sandwich free with exchanged with Award points !!! Tge mid-age Hispanic looking female clerk by the account brsudes had no idea but tons of confusion regarding my mobile order number af all when I eben had to show her with my phone, app !!! The following was it gotta take acrually nearly over 12 mins to have that little sandwich to be ready and She threw my order onto the counter top for ready to be pickup right in my face upon
she check the order by saying the order. number 1601 !!!! All and all it seemed the entire freebie order placement experience was telling me: Never use that sort of Mcdonald's freebies easily regardless how easy they are for anyone to build each'' award up for exchanges of free items because many franchise Mcdonald's stores honestly never welcome any of those freebie orders AT ALL !!!

Usually this is great during the week, however I find on weekends, the service isn't as good. The management just doesnt treat customers right...had to wait 8 minutes in drive through for a customer that couldn't pay. During the week, they would have had the customer pull around so they could take care of this. Not on the weekend.

I came today to buy a medium orange juice and I noticed that there was a fly inside my juice, this is disgusting, I always come to buy my orange juice here and this had never happened before, 11/12/2025

Why the hell does water cost money? That stuff comes right out of our pipes and i have to pay just to get some water to drink? That and they dont serve french fries or any regular food until later in the day. I dont want a hashbrown first thing in the morning i want a large fry.

Well, that was disappointing. Decided to check out this location instead of my usual. Just a simple order--Egg McMuffin. Got charged $3.99, tho my $2.49 app code was accepted and acknowledged by the drive-thru staffer. As if the 60% overcharge wasn't enough, there was no cheese on the Egg McMuffin, rendering it lifeless. Yay, Durham Road McDonald's.

Just ordered for delivery today, 3 Happy Meals with Chicken Nuggets and extra fries instead of apple slices and all with juice boxes. Well, 2 came with apple slices instead of extra fries and only 1 juice box had a straw. Their kids meals for toddlers which was specified when it came to the toy type. Grandkids ages 2 and 3. So they really can't eat the apples. Since it was a delivery, I couldn't double check the order. Disappointed.
