John is the consummate bartender, friendly, engaging and an expert in libations. The regulars here are so damn friendly! Megan, thanks for allowing me to share a beer with you and your pup. Definitely a worthy stop for food and fun.

Nothing more to say than 4.97 stars. Ok ill say John was my server and his technique was on point! Food was great, and even saw some familiar faces. Any McMenamins is always worth stopping by. This location just so happens to be the 2nd spot opened in this amazing franchise. Shout out to the location manager Rob!!

I’ve been coming here for several years, and recently it has me never coming back again! The manager, John, I overheard him say to a customer that his tips show how his customer service is handled. I found that VERY rude and very concerning for a restaurant. It should not matter what a person gives for tips, but should treat us with the respect that it deserves. The staff is usually very caring and kind, but as of late, all I get is rude behavior. We WILL NOT be coming to this location ever again, thanks to the manager who made it clear that customer service is not his thing. Just rude!

Tonight I ordered a cheeseburger with a Hammerhead Garden patty. I checked the order before leaving and I could tell the bother was wrong. The person “helping” me was extremely rude.

First off when I asked where I picked up the food he brushed me off and walked away. He came back brusquely with the food and said “have a good day” and walked away. I double checked my food and could tell I didn’t get a Hammerhead burger. I picked up a piece and looked like a hamburger. He came back after I asked him what was going on and he curtly said, “Nope, that’s a Hammerhead Garden burger. Have a good day!” And stomped away again.

I called a different McMenamins and they confirmed that, in fact, they sell a Beyond style meatless burger. This was that burger. The person “helping” me didn’t give me a minute to really sort this out and I don’t know why.

I’m truly sorry he’s having a bad day, but I’ve been coming to McMenamin’s for 30 years and I’ve never been treated so rudely. I’m not sure if I’ll ever come back to this location.

Standard Mcmenamins with tasty pub food. Everything is always high quality and delicious. I ordered the Reuben Kincaid, it was scrumptious. The tots were a little heavy, but are so yummy dipped in their fancy ketchup and mustard. The only thing is the drink selection isn't the greatest. I like a good cocktail, but the mule I ordered was watery and had no flavor. Other than that it was a great meal!

If your into Shuffle board, a cold beer and cook to order burgers, this is your place. Add attentive help and after 2:00 Happy Hour prices, and your good to go

Beware of their payment machine. It miscalculates tips. Our bill was $40 and when the tip part came up it said 15%=$8 and 20%=$10
I picked 15% knowing that $8 is 20% of $40. After all that, the hit to my credit card was $49. Won't be going back there. Very shady.

We have been going here for awhile and have always been happy BUT last night we went with friends and I ordered half a turkey sandwich on sourdough
Well it came made on a stale heel of sourdough bread almost inedible. When I asked the server his response was - well you ate it didn’t you ? no I did not I ate about 1/3 of the filling and one or to bites of bread -
plus we had terrible service even though they were only moderately busy -terrible experience
