My favorite watering hole in town.

If I could leave zero stars I would. No hostess and a clear “Wait to be seated sign”. Once seated we could pick wherever we wanted. Waited 15 minutes for drink orders or to be greeted by waiter. Ordered drinks, one appetizer, salad and two sandwiches all at the same time. Another 45 minutes pass and appetizer finally showed up. Another 15 minutes later and we overheard another server tell a customer the wait for food was an hour, which was never told to us. Mind you the entire restaurant was maybe a quarter occupied when we arrived and most people were eating. After an almost 1.5 hours at the restaurant we decided to cancel the sandwiches and salad pay for our three drinks and appetizer. If you’re looking for service and a nice meal, ensure you have at least 3 hours and prepare for a wait. I would recommend just skipping this entire place all together and go to the Sherwood or Cedar Hills location.

Great outdoor seating for the location. Felt very inviting and relaxing. Service was slow but they may have been short staffed. Dog friendly patio seating was a great bonus for the area.

I've ordered delivery and been into this location many times. But the order I just received via doordash REALLY missed the mark. I ordered the sliders and they were very much raw! Usually when I order them they are extremely overcooked or medium/ medium-well. This time the inside was very mushy and tasted like raw ground beef..

After being seated, we waited 15 minutes without water or any interaction from the waiter. We watched him go to the other 4 occupied tables and ignore us. Even overheard him talking to one of the other tables about his own experience with being ignored by a waiter and how he walked out. That seemed like the appropriate response so we walked out.
Being from Beaverton, I've eaten at McMenamins for a good portion of my life. I have never had that kind of lack of service at any other McMenamins. Don't bother with Greenway, go to Cedar Hills (or any other location).
6/14/25 about 9:45. There were only 4 occupied tables eating.

Weird review to leave at a mcmenamins! I normally have a positive experience. They literally have a wait to be seated sign up. So I waited and the guy comes up to me and questioningly asks if he can help me? Like yes Can I be seated? The. He tells me to sit anywhere like alrightie! He was very condescending and not speaking in the normal server tone. Didnt even give me a second to look at the drinks menu so I had to order quickly. He then asked me if I was just drinking like DUDE give me a second to look at the menu and at least enjoy myself. If that’s ok with you.

It's very irritating that you guys never put ranch in my order on doordash even though I asked the dashers to get it for me. Every time they say they do, but there's never any ranch in the bag. It's sad pay $20 for this item and I really just wanted it for you. Guys's ranch .There's no way to add it on the app either. It's very frustrating. You guys need to give ranch to customers on the side at least or offer for them to purchase.

I came here to pick up a doordash order and literally watched Someone in the kitchen eating while they're taking out a customer's order from the MICROWAVE ! AND the manager guy was very rude ! Walked past me twice , No.
Acknowledgments or anything, I can understand if it's busy But there was literally four tables of customers in there. I finally stopped him and told him I was there for a door dash pick up in his response, The manager, ya You're just going to have to wait.
My order was a Sunday and 4 pack of beer..
