I usually order from MOD Pizza delivery. Today I decided to stop by at the store. I was greeted with a warm welcome and friendly staff order came out very quickly. Food was hot and fresh. I would absolutely come back here again.

Contacted Marissa and the GM to share my experience on May 22nd, food poising and filthy restaurant, I did this with the hopes she would actually listen and take it seriously, instead questioned me and wanted me to call out staff who had hair hanging down while preparing pizza. Instead I suggested she review the policy with the entire staff, I’m not calling to point the finger at one person. As a manager, I hoped she would take ownership and make changes. What a disappointment of a conversation with a so called manager.

Super slow and they gave my doordash orders to someone else after making me wait 15 mins. Tried to get me to wait another 15 mins. Such BS to go through delivering food to make YOUR company more $$.

The people were great. I'd have to say the pizza was in the top 2 of my choices. The price is more than fair and I like that they have the largest and best choice of toppings. They have more toppings than any other pizza places. My other choice has less choices but their toppings are larger sized. Still I do like MOD better. They have salads and other things too. I will definitely be going back. I absolutely recommend this pizza joint.

Went in and was greeted by a staff that are not happy. They really do need customer service training. I use to wait tables and I finally decided to treat people as if they were my family or loved ones. My pizza was not cooked enough and they never called my name. Finally had to go up and ask if that was my pizza. I won’t be back. Bad attitudes can make or break a business. I wrote this so the owners might be able to fix this problem.

Food is always full of flavor, imo. the line is never too full when i get there. typically, based on the few times I've been there, maybe 2-5 people at most? also, if you cannot eat pizza dough, they not only got different types of salads. You can order your pizza on cauliflower crust. they also have pretty tasty sodas/pops in glass bottles. along with refillable fountain drinks. All I can say is if you are unsure and new, definately try it out at least once.

Ate here with some friends, ordered a 11” white sauce custom pizza. Even tipped. Workers were nice. Tables were dirty. Had half the pizza around 9pm and by 10pm became super nauseous, dizzy, cramps, chills and by 11:30pm had to run to the bathroom and got sick.
I’ll never eat here or at any Mod Pizza again.

The reason I rated this store is for a single reason. Priority. The people in front of us had 6 pizzas and 2 salads. We waited around 10-15 minutes for that order, then they made a mobile order that took 5 minutes while we were just standing there. I recommend to the store that they should open a second area that they can take a second order.

The lady who served us was very patient and suggestive in our topings. Environment is much like Subway.
Vegetarian options: I am vegetarian only on Friday, so I am sure others can review better than I. With that said, while there is a nice meat section (no anchovies! ? I know, I am a fruit cake lover too! ?), there is a much wider selection of vegetarian options, including roasted corn, spinach, and many others.
Dietary restrictions: GF and CF are very easy to do here.
Parking: The best parking is off of SW 121st Ave.
