My pizza came with a few toppings in the middle of it. The rest of the pizza like half of it was just crust.

This Mod Pizza is great, love the wide choice of toppings, and that I can add an unlimited amount of the toppings or just order one of the standard suggested groups of toppings. I PREFER the regular crust, [unless I am slitting it with my wife, who can't tolerate wheat.]My wife appreciates the two kinds of gluten free pizza crusts, each one is tasty. She is also dairy free and Mod is one of only a few pizza ? chains which has nut milk [dairy free] cheese which tastes like regular mozzarella.

Every time i come in the staff here are incredibly kind. Sometimes i buy a pizza just to harizz them and have to be reminded that i should eat the pizza i just bought before getting back in line. Theres nowhere more thrilling in the whole plazaKid-friendliness: My old heart always feels young again when i eat here. Maybe one of these days ill develop symptoms of benjamin button's

Luckily grub hub refunded. Pizza was cold, missing several items and well, bad. Maybe several things happened on their end but a total bummer. Won't order from there again.I'm trying again. Keegan was very nice and patient and made an awesome pie for me. Conclusion is best to pick up in person. I wanted to see if better experience in person. All good.

My pizza wasn't as good as it has been. Service was ok, but the place was so cold. It's a place, it should have been comfortable! Price used to be reasonable, but no so much now.

This is bigger than some Mod locations, but the prep area seems smaller. Plenty of places to sit with the usual peppy 'mod on!' sort of decor, inclusivity hints, and so on. Service was slow, as in slower than I've seen at other Mods when they are this busy. It felt chaotic, like no one was really the leader and there were too many staff trying to work in a small space. Granted, the place was pretty busy, and I make a lot of allowances for people doing their best to handle a rush, but it all seemed inefficient. I kept thinking that the Mod in Hillsboro would have half these people out of here with food. When we got the pizza home, that part was as good as or better than other Mod locations we've been to. They mostly got the order right. Between civil staff doing their best when busy, and the food coming out good, I have a hard time rating it too low. I mean, those are major. They have to count. What shocked me most--see photo--is the cleanliness. Yes, that really is the floor along the prep line. You can't see a container lid just laying where someone might walk on it (it's clear, so it blends in with the mess) , but you can see a fallen whole pizza crust under the toe-kick as well as large amounts of dropped food. In fact, there were arguably enough ingredients on that floor to make a whole pizza--especially if you also used all the mess under the pizza stand on the counter. That floor needs a good mopping. Either it accumulated all that stuff in one service, in which case the line people are more slinging than prepping, or it hasn't been cleaned up for a longer time, in which case the management is not taking action. I don't know, but it does look like it's run by slobs. We went because we thought it might be a little closer than Hillsboro. That distance savings was a false economy. No need to do this again.
