I went to this MOD Pizza on Friday and had another fantastic experience. They were very busy — the line was full, and people just kept coming in — yet the staff handled it with speed, teamwork, and great attitudes.
While the customer in front of me was still ordering, Jake noticed me waiting and offered to help at the same time. Within moments, both he and another team member were working on my order together — fast, friendly, and efficient. Despite the rush, Jake even took the time to let me know about a special offer I qualified for because I’d spent over $60. He explained it quickly and clearly, even though he was juggling multiple tasks. He didn’t have to go out of his way to do that, but he did — and that kind of effort says a lot about how he approaches his work.
As a business owner myself — I run a busy medical clinic with many employees and multiple managers — I really notice when a team operates this smoothly under pressure. You can tell this location has strong leadership and a well-trained crew who care about doing things right, not just getting through the line.
I’ve been coming to this MOD location for a long time, and the customer service is consistently excellent. The place is always clean, the toppings well-stocked, and the staff upbeat even during rushes. Whenever my family is craving MOD, I always plan our route to stop at this specific location because the experience is just that good.
Huge shout-out to Jake and to the management team here — clearly, great leadership and a strong culture make all the difference. Highly recommend this location!

This place was filthy, the floor hadn’t been swept for who knows how long, employees had long hair not pulled back, zero customer service and to top it off - Food poisoning! How do you manage a chain like this and get away with it, food and health services must have over looked a visit.
We drive up from Salem just to come to this location. The staff are great 👍

Ordered 1 11" "mega thick crust pizza" for about $13-$14. I'm not sure what mega thick means but it must mean smaller than a regular pizza from somewhere else. The pizza tasted mediocre. I've had better digourno from the grocery store to be honest. Staff was nice, although I suspect they gave me a regular crust not a thick. If I was you I'd go hit up basically any other pizza joint.

Machine of Diarrhea is what MOD must mean - for this specific location anyway. Be sure to have very few plans outside of the home after eating here, you'll want to be very close to the comforts of your porcelain throne soon afterwards and for the following 24 hours or so. Yikes.

The place is decent looking although it needs a thorough cleaning. The dust balls behind the beverage station were ginormous. And OMG, the restroom, it makes roadside rest area bathrooms seem pristine comparably. Disgusting. Door handle broken on the interior too.
Go here if you're in search of an immediate colon evacuation, or if you're suffering from constipation, or if dicey pizza places are your thing.
