We requested “extra” toppings on all four pizzas, however, when I got home and opened the boxes, all four had very minimal toppings. I understand the staff was short‑handed and that it was a busy Friday. That said, if the option to request extra toppings is offered through online ordering, I would expect those requests to be followed.

If you have an option to eat anywhere else, do so. Ordered and paid online, but it took almost 30 minutes after email said it would be ready. Pizza was dry, cold and lacking several ordered toppings. When I noted to stafff, was instructed I had to get in line and wait!

I went to this MOD Pizza on Friday and had another fantastic experience. They were very busy — the line was full, and people just kept coming in — yet the staff handled it with speed, teamwork, and great attitudes.
While the customer in front of me was still ordering, Jake noticed me waiting and offered to help at the same time. Within moments, both he and another team member were working on my order together — fast, friendly, and efficient. Despite the rush, Jake even took the time to let me know about a special offer I qualified for because I’d spent over $60. He explained it quickly and clearly, even though he was juggling multiple tasks. He didn’t have to go out of his way to do that, but he did — and that kind of effort says a lot about how he approaches his work.
As a business owner myself — I run a busy medical clinic with many employees and multiple managers — I really notice when a team operates this smoothly under pressure. You can tell this location has strong leadership and a well-trained crew who care about doing things right, not just getting through the line.
I’ve been coming to this MOD location for a long time, and the customer service is consistently excellent. The place is always clean, the toppings well-stocked, and the staff upbeat even during rushes. Whenever my family is craving MOD, I always plan our route to stop at this specific location because the experience is just that good.

This place was filthy, the floor hadn’t been swept for who knows how long, employees had long hair not pulled back, zero customer service and to top it off - Food poisoning! How do you manage a chain like this and get away with it, food and health services must have over looked a visit.
