Ordered 1 11" "mega thick crust pizza" for about $13-$14. I'm not sure what mega thick means but it must mean smaller than a regular pizza from somewhere else. The pizza tasted mediocre. I've had better digourno from the grocery store to be honest. Staff was nice, although I suspect they gave me a regular crust not a thick. If I was you I'd go hit up basically any other pizza joint.

Machine of Diarrhea is what MOD must mean - for this specific location anyway. Be sure to have very few plans outside of the home after eating here, you'll want to be very close to the comforts of your porcelain throne soon afterwards and for the following 24 hours or so. Yikes.

The place is decent looking although it needs a thorough cleaning. The dust balls behind the beverage station were ginormous. And OMG, the restroom, it makes roadside rest area bathrooms seem pristine comparably. Disgusting. Door handle broken on the interior too.
Go here if you're in search of an immediate colon evacuation, or if you're suffering from constipation, or if dicey pizza places are your thing.

Best experience ever!!! My 1.5 year old has EOE and cannot have exposure to dairy nor soy.
The staff was so accommodating and made her a pizza with dairy free cheese with all clean products and clean utensils.
My 1.5 year old was able to taste pizza for the first time in her life!

What has prompted this review was that as my pizza was ready, I grabbed it and accidentally ran into the pole right in front of the oven and dropped my pizza all over the floor in front of the whole place. The workers all saw and just looked at me as I cleaned it up off the floor. No one said a word to me. Nothing. Still haven’t. I’m still sitting here in the restaurant in disbelief that no one offered to help me clean up, no condolences, let alone trying to make it right by replacing my pizza or refunding me. No one even asked if I was ok. So, here’s everything else I see while sitting here fuming. There is garbage all over the floor behind the counter where food is being prepared, along with dirty toppings holders strewn all over the floor behind the counter as well. I give the food one star because I never got to taste it. If this is how customers are treated at MOD Pizza, then it makes sense that they are going bankrupt.
Stop here while traveling for work. It's another excellent MOD PIZZA. JULY 15, 2024 AT 8:00PM. 2 employees were working, and they did an amazing job. Pizza came out perfect . Keep up the good work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️? place looked clean. Didn't go in the bathrooms, so I can't comment on that. Excellent dining experience today.

pizza was really good, but there's a textbook case of having pride stickers and signage indicating inclusivity of lgbtq+ people yet keeping bathrooms binary gendered (-1⭐)

I have eaten at mod maybe 20 times over the years in localtions all over portland and seattle and my pizza has never been cooked properly. It's usually under cooked with the occasional burnt time just to keep me on my toes. I keep coming back because the bathrooms are usually clean and even under cooked it's not bad. Imagine my surprise when the young lady working tonight cooked my pizza to perfection. It was still a mod pizza and I don't know if it speaks to her greatness or the chains bad training but I wanted to say thanks.
