Ordered and paid on their website for pick up. Got there and they're closed! What's going on?

If I could put negative stars I would the worst sub I've ever had the service was terrible so rude found hair in my sandwich i didn't even get the right order

Where is the 0 stars option? This is a terrible shop and I won’t ever go back. Horribly managed. And on top of that, the food is pretty mid anyway. I placed an online order around 4:00 only to find out when I got there to pick it up that they closed at 3:00. In reading other reviews, this is a trend and not just a one-time deal. The “new” hours posted on the door said closed at 3:00 the next day, so I called the next day around 2:00 and no one answered. I drove over shortly thereafter and they were closed. Called again and left a voicemail asking when I can get my sandwich made. However after reading more reviews describing how gross the employees are, I’m not even going to bother and just request a refund (that is, if they ever get back to me). What a ridiculous “business”. Hopefully they close soon so no one else gets this low-quality service. They will close when enough people find out how bad they are.

I like monkey subs( avocado turkey myself). This one just under appreciation. New location; not up to par for looks but sub was good.

1st time ordering here since I had just moved here from Arizona for a new job and wanted to try it out. 6” Barrel of Monkeys order was made perfectly and, out to me, in a timely manner! Plentiful with ingredients and veggies for a consistent meat, veggie & bread ratio. Will be back again!

Terrible Money Subs location! They are unable to staff their location properly and are closed more than they are open. When they are open, the staff seems clueless and not trained properly. They've messed up our order countless times. Just did an online order, paid for it, and drove down to the location to find out they are closed. Whoever owns this location, get a clue and learn how to run a business properly!

We came in, ordered 2 subs and were the only people in the store. It seemed to take 10-15 minutes to get our food. Quite a long time for being the only ones in the store. The worker was very nice, and the food was good, just seemed to take awhile.

I've been eating here for about a year and a half now. Their current employees are great and all my orders are correct. The ingredients are fresh. They only have white bread as an option and it's been that way since the pandemic. The only gripe I have is the price. It is very expensive so I do not eat here often.

I had the best experience the other day when I got take out, Gabby was above and beyond with customer service and my sandwich was fantastic. Will go here the next time I am in town for sure!

Walked in at 5 and was told to leave because they were closing. Their store window says they close at 8. The last two times we tried to go there they seemed closed for the day entirely. I assumed they were shutting down. Been going for years but if they aren't able to stay open anymore, for whatever reason, please stop pretending to be.

I order a sandwich for my lunch at 2:45pm and they texted saying they were closing g at 2pm and my sandwich would be sitting at Baja Fresh. ? when I went to get it, it was soggy.
