Pretty standard Whole Foods, as far as packaged goods and produce goes. Less vegan friendly in the bakery department than other WFs I’ve been to. You won’t find much beyond vegan brownies.
They are super racist. ? ? Kathleen the white haired rag follows us around and they won't answer why.
What is this meal crap for "what did I go there for?" You are unreal! You were out of 3 items of my very pedestrian 12-item list; then the tortillas were moldy! I talked to to your Bot Ron. I told him I was concerned that this product would mot be pulled in a timely manner. He replied that you take these issues very seriously and this would be communicated with Upper Management. In other words Whole Foods doesn't care! What a joke!
This is a great store and it will make your taste buds sing. I like it for the wide variety of prepared and hot foods. Since the takeover by Amazon I have noticed some changes in the Whole Foods chain. The massive bakery counter with long display cases of wonderful baked items has shrunk massively. Perhaps this stuff didn’t sell well due to it’s high price. Apparently men don’t shave anymore (At least in the opinion of Amazon) since men’s shaving products have all but vanished. I hope the downward slide is not a continuing trend.
This Whole Foods has probably the worst hot food bar of all the Whole Foods I've been to. It's small and the selection in limited. Also, doesn't have enough gluten free or dairy free options. Bummer!
I did approach the manager and the chef about having vegan options here in the hot food bar for breakfast especially. Initially there was a shift and tofu scramble with peppers and onions was added along with a spicey Mexican style scramble. They also added bins of steamed kale and asparagus too. I heard them talking about the lunch bar one day so I piped in, they seemed to add more ethnic variety --India, Korea. But now the quality has sagged off, high oil content, less vegan options. The cooking staff does not look healthy and I really doubt that they understand plant based food. Sad since the founder of WF is a plant strong advocate and offers the staff the golden opportunity to attend Rip Epplesteins Plant Strong program in Sedona for free! I told the chef about it but he did not seem interested.
