I've never wrote a review on a restaurant but I want to save anyone else from this place. The food is so bad, I ordered honey chicken and beef and broccoli. It tasted like they soaked it in sugar for a week. It had no flavor aside from sweetness and the rice was disgusting. Even the fried rice was the worst I've ever had it didn't taste like anything. Just super mushy over cooked rice. The food was worse than school cafeteria food not even kidding. Oh and the LED light right above us had this slight flicker than made things annoying. Anyways the server was fine not her fault just really really really bland and over priced food. In conclusion, bad experience left feeling ripped off and still hungry because I didn't eat the food. We got pizza at MOD after it saved the night.

After many times of bringing my family here, I've observed that the staff has changed and has started acting rudely.

It was nicer than in 2005, but it's way too spendy for me. I was just there for my birthday. 🎂
Vegetarian options: Red velvet cake for dessert with ice cream was good, but I had to eat it fast so my daughter wouldn't swipe it. That's why there's no picture.
Parking: Carpool is good!

PF Chang has been always accommodating whenever I’m here. The server, Patrick, did a great job to ensure I have everything I need and check if everything is ok, so thumbs up to him. Although I can’t help but realize the food portion for ala carte dish seems to get a lot smaller now. I’m not sure what happened there but I hope they can revert back to the usual portion.

A classic favorite. Reliable good food, clean restaurant, and good service.
Only negative is the cost. But that's everywhere these days.

We used to love, I mean, really LOVE this restaurant. It was a special treat to go there and wait in line for their delicious food. It was worth the wait. Not any more. We will never return. Both my husband and I said, we should have gone to Panda Express instead! There was hardly any wait for the first time ever. That should have been a red flag there. The restaurant is so beaten up and tired now. It's needs an update. We ordered lettuce wraps and there were barely any rice noodles with it and they switched the lettuce from iceberg lettuce to romaine. The romaine was tough and awful. Why did they do that??? We ordered our favorite dishes: Honey Crisp Shrimp and Honey Crisp Chicken. The HCS used to come in this creamy delicious sauce with walnuts. It now just comes on a bed of rice noodles. Basically fried shrimp dipped in Honey mixture. The chicken dish was the same way. The shrimp dish was $25!!! To top it off, The fortune cookies came and inside was a sliver of paper, like scrap paper put in it. What??? Definitely not worth the $100 we paid. The server was delightful though. Unfortunately we will not be back. I am so disappointed...this was a gut punched because we were really looking forward to going there. Bummer!!!

I don’t know what this is, but it isn’t Chinese food.
I suffered horrible stomach cramps 5 hours after eating here. Ugh! Never again.

Restaurantji Recommends
Probably one of my favorite restaurants, but it is pretty expensive to say the least especially for what for what it is. It's like how others also say (fancy panda express.)
3 stars because of the price.

A member of our party was more than an hour late on a Friday at dinner rush, and our server was extremely patient. Their food is overrated in IMO
Dietary restrictions: One of our parties had shellfish allergies. They have a whole separate menu and separately prepared food for this situation. It was impressive
Parking: Plenty of free parking, but it's all at least a block away

The servers looked so unhappy and definitely didn't want to work. Our server barely said anything, and was gone for long periods of time. The food was not what it used to be. We won't be coming back.

Food tasted fine but it’s expensive for what you get and I also have a touch of food poisoning. Had chicken and I’m certain it was undercooked
