PF Changs has added some things to the menu and they are delicious. The lobster dumplings are my new go to appetizer. The service was amazing all around and our server Alaina was right on time with everything. It’s easy to spend a little money, but I feel the value is really good. Don’t forget to try some of the seasonal cocktails.
The butter cake is amazing!!! It should be added to the menu. The garlic noodles were also excellent.

I had a great experience during my visit. Our waitress, Shawn, was fantastic from start to finish. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly cares about the details the way she does. Shawn went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable, and her positive attitude really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to the excellent service she provided.

Party of 5, with reservations. We each ordered different things. I ordered steamed shrimp dumplings and veggie lettuce wraps to be my main meal and specifically requested they both be brought along with everyone else’s entrees. Others ordered sesame chicken, kung pao beef, egg rolls, sweet and sour soup, and something else I don’t remember. A little while later the server came out and told me the chef said they were out of the veggie lettuce wraps and only had the chicken lettuce wraps. A Chinese restaurant without any veggies to grill? Hmm. So at that point we all knew that the “chef” was actually more of a technician just heating up the dishes that had been prepared well ahead of time in a factory somewhere. When I got my dumplings they were cold, indicating that they were prepared as an appetizer and then left sitting until the rest of the entrees were ready. And the chicken lettuce wraps were really really nothing to write home about. I ate one and left the rest for the other folks in our party to try. Nothing was outright bad. But the whole experience was mediocre at best. Service, food, everything. It had been about 5 years since the last time I (or any of us) had eaten there (it’s not near where we live). Boy has the quality tanked. PF Chang’s is definitely resting on its big fat laurels. We will not be going back.
