Store manager was berating his crew at 3:20 pm on 03/07/25. Right in front of me. Looks like a place I wouldn't want to work at. Counter staff and food was excellent, I'm leaving this review because the manager should get fired

Was in yesterday to grab an early dinner Daisy helped us, She's quick kind very helpful Customer service is excellent, the Kung Pao Chicken is great , We've tried other places in the area and P'ex has the best Kung Pao, Place is clean welcoming friendly staff always a great visit when we stop by

I was disappointed today I got the orange chicken all of it was so small pieces and so hard I couldn't even chew it smh... waste of a entree..why put out food u can't even chew careless I guess?asked for teriyaki sauce they said ok then I check bag and no sauce.

Worst service anywhere. Typical Panda food. Cashiers were awful. Didn’t accept coupon, didn’t say “sorry”, didn’t say “thank you” for the purchase. Try any other Panda than this one. Did I mention that service was awful?
If you see an employee named Daisy, turn around and walk out. The worst.

Food diced up a little different than other Panda expresses that I've been to, smaller pieces. Cut the Chow mein noodles in small pieces. Not my favorite Panda Express restaurant.

I dropped my homemade orange chicken on the floor at work so I needed a quick alternative. I'm new in the area and picked this Panda, and its I think the worst I've had in terms of Panda. All the food was lukewarm - granted I did drive home with my meal but the drive was a whooping 6 minutes so doubt that really affected the food temp. The food was soggy, the noodles only tasted like smoke, and they forgot my dipping sauce for my cream cheese ragoons (also soggy). There was also a pool of grease from the chicken in my to go container. I know it isn't healthy, but I've never had pools of grease form before. Overall I will not be back and kind of wish I ate my microwave meal that fell on the floor instead.

It’s about 100 degrees today and maybe over and their AC is broken and it’s even hotter inside the restaurant than it is outside. It’s inhumane for management to let these poor workers work so hard in this BURNING HEAT. Just me ordering food had me covered in sweat. This is abusive for these poor workers and whoever’s decision it was for them to work in this awful conditions should be ashamed of themselves and should not be employed with this company. Do better. These employees deserve better than this abuse.

Came in about 30 minutes from closing and they were out of chow mein so I was going to get the fried rice, but then they offered to make me a fresh batch. Everything else I ordered was excellent. I had just got done packing up things to move to my new house and forgot about dinner, was really grateful for how nice the staff was. Definitely recommend this location.

I just bought 2 bigger meals and ordered 3 extra spring rolls, they put the mushroom chicken in separate containers that was great but both were put in the bag upside-down and made a mess, then didn't get my spring rolls and the topper was finding a bone in my orange chicken, glad my 93 year old father didn't get the peace with the bone in it, an unhappy customer.
