The food was under cook. The young Hispanic female that took our order was racist and didn't not want to serve me cause I was white. She kept rolling her eyes. She treated other customers the same way. She was to busy wanting to flirt with the cook she didnt even finish our order. I will not go back

I go into order some food at 10pm and they are out of chow main, fried rice, and vegetables, and they tell me they're not going to make anymore since they're closing at 10:30pm.

So that mean that every person who orders anything else they still have are not going to get chow main, fried rice or vegetables with their order and will be surprised when they go home and open up their to go containers without half the food requested.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to keep cooking food until you are closed or just close early!

I was eventually served by Lilly. After she made it incredibly clear that she did not want to. I’ve never felt so bad for spending money at a business. If you don’t want my money just say so. That was top 5 rudest experiences of my life. They were missing an item and rather than inform me about that they just checked me out then told me it would be ten minutes. I will never spend a penny in this restaurant again. My apologies for disturbing you Lilly. You might consider that if no one buys food you don’t have a job. I will be driving to Sherwood if I ever eat here again. I hope someone provides some training because the other person who got tricked into waiting was really mad and rather than addressing any of his questions or concerns she simply shewed him away. Good luck maintaining a business like this.

Employee JALEN at King City location is not a coworker anyone would want to ever work with , my husband and I came in to eat and his mood was so horrible ! Every move he made he was slamming things , yelling when he would speak just overall bad attitude and didn't make us feel welcome at all

Poor service. Rude and dismissive counter and register staff. Cold food. Had to wait on some food to be prepared which is understandable but I asked that they make the plates when the food is ready. They refused and left the food to be ice cold minus the one dish. Especially the orange chicken. The store had food all over the floor in the dining area. It was to the point it looked unsanitary. Not my first time here and having the same experience. I will try another location or stop using panda. For “100k to join the team” I would expect better standards

I usually have great experiences at this Panda Express, but I recently had a really disappointing interaction with a server named Daisy M. She was noticeably rude, avoided eye contact, and came off very dismissive—for no reason at all.

While every other customer had their orders handed to them with basic courtesy, Daisy directed only me to walk across the counter area to pick up my bag after I paid. It felt personal and unnecessary. Our initial exchange was simple—she asked, “Is it just the plate?” and I said yes. Nothing happened to justify her attitude.

The rest of the staff was polite and helpful as always, but Daisy’s behavior stood out in a negative way. Just a heads-up to others: if you see her at the counter, be prepared—you might not get the same respectful service you expect from this location.

I been visiting this location since day one, with my family and friends and is very sad to see the poor management, the slack of the cooks,and the over overload of work they put on the servers.is no surprise to see grumpy faces.
Is nothing left from the original founders
Yes tha friendly couple from passdena.who open their fast food restaurant at Glandele Gallerias.
I hope the company take action very soon .
Fortunately they still have great personal.
But they surviving in that toxic environment.

This “restaurant” does not understand service or quality. Ordered sweet fire chicken and the pictures show what kind of quality these kids are offering at this place. They also don’t know the difference between Beijing beef and broccoli beef but they want $20 an hour. Anyone posting high reviews works for the place.

We just picked up dinner at panda express, and the service was probably the best we’ve ever had at any panda express. Becks was pleasant and friendly and efficient, and it was a great experience!

These guys are the BEST. I was running late to pick up a take-out order and when I finally showed up they were all super kind and greeted me by name. Everything was perfect and they even threw in a few extras to make it special. I also work a job that is heavily dependent on customer reviews and I can 100% confirm they go above and beyond. This team is an asset to the business and franchise. Thank you Panda King City!
