The female manager with arm tattoos and the female worker were rude and slamming pans down but Jalen the young man taking the money was polite. His good attitude was the only reason why we stayed and paid $60 for the meal . He should be the manager and the female manager should be demoted. Her behavior was awful.

They forgot half of my entree so I drove back, which was very annoying. Staff was rude about it and gave me a laughable amount of food. They thought it was funny, weren’t sorry at all. I won’t come back to this location.

Green bean chicken was all green beans and 3 small pieces of chicken. Fried rice was mostly white rice (no flavor) and the sweet fire chicken was old. Cream cheese raggoons were soggy

They always make wait delivery drivers. I am driving 10 minutes to pick up from them but they even haven’t started to prepare the order then I arrived ! Terrible restaurant

Waited 20 minutes for a door dash order. Stated orange chicken was needed but gave out remaining orange chicken to customers in store. Even though I’d already checked in with the front prior. Your staff said it would be a couple minutes. Not 20. Please be more accurate with your estimates on wait time. Especially when people are dashing or ubering and trying to make money

I have the Panda Express app, and I live down the street. It is very easy to earn points, rewards, and order for pick-up to skip the line.

Been here many, many times since I was a teenager. The staff are friendly, and will let you know if there might be a wait on a dish coming out fresh. Worth the wait. Every Panda Express has a line, so be patient.

Today, I called this location to let them know I accidentally sent my order and I didn't pick a different time for my pickup. I like to order take out and grab it on my way home from the office. A team member named Jacob picked up my call, and was very empathetic to my situation. After walking me through their app to cancel and re-order, I actually called him back to let him know the app wouldn't allow me to do so.

He was quick to offer a solution, by making a note to put my order together at the time I wanted (2pm) and said its no trouble. He was super nice to handle this situation for me. That was very much appreciated. Especially, I used my Panda Express Rewards points and this order was free.
