nothing was really giving 2.5 stars, service was good the place was clean it opens at 9:30am which is nice for people who work over night and nothing was wrong with the food solid 3 stars
First of all INCREDIBLY RUDE LADY on the line serving food, I know it’s busy but you do not have to be so rude. Second of all not sure what was wrong with your sweet fire chicken but it tasted like beer. Will no longer be coming here do to the rude lady at the counter who did not even have a name tag. Looks like she was a leader there regarding her bossing everyone around.

I was made very uncomfortable and upset by the first person I encountered.I was asked for my order. And when I asked for a drink and asked about my online pick up order the female employee was very rude stating “I don’t do that here”It’s not the first time this exact same person is rude. I work across the street. And I come here often. I don’t appreciate her attitude. Seems like she doesn’t come to work with a good attitude. Maybe she needs a new job because it doesn’t seem like she likes this one.

This Panda Express is at what I call their King City location, and they always seem to be a well-run restaurant. They manage to keep orders straight, even when busy. All of the employees stayed busy, either cooking the food, preparing the orders or keeping the place very clean. Very impressive.
