Came in yesterday evening to grab a quick salad, and as far as the food goes -- I know what to expect from Panera, so I am not writing this review based on that. I actually left and didn't get food, because I noticed what appeared to be a manager being quite rude to a young girl staff member who couldn't have been any older than 16, maybe 17. Very odd for a person of authority to be speaking to a child like that where customers can see/hear.

Dirtiest bathroom I've seen at a Panera. Dining tables are covered with crumbs and sticky residue. One employee in the kitchen area kept singing (badly) the same phrase over and over and over. She was so loud you could hear her no matter where you were in the restaurant. What is management doing?

Person asked me if I didn't want romaine. I was wondering if anyone would think I wanted a salad without lettuce. She said I substituted leaf lettuce instead. (3 pieces!?!). Not sure why your app thought I did not want lettuce on my salad. Not sure why your staff thought adding three pieces of lettuce was a good call. I paid and tipped for this salad. It is terrible. Half full. $15. Go elsewhere. Evergreens makes a better salad.
I am so grateful for this location so yummy. I come here every morning and every evening the bread is so good. Everything is so fresh not sure why this place has such a low review score

The Ciabatta Sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich from here was delicious - as well as the blueberry muffin. Pleased, and happy to find something that wasn’t a salt-bomb breakfast like you’d get at most fast food restaurants.

I encountered the most kindest, friendly worker at the Washington square location. Megan was absolutely amazing. I was having a very rough day and try very hard not showing it. But she was so helpful in many ways besides a food selection I had asked about. Thank you Megan!

Slowwwwwww, there is nothing rapid about their rapid pick up. so slow it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead, the orders are never ready and you always have to wait 15 mins+ Paneras a fave lunch spot, hut this location is so horribly slow I wont bother.

I am so baffled on how these guys keep screwing up my orders. The last 2 orders I’ve had from this location either come incomplete or just completely wrong. Tried to order soup today because my partner is sick and we’re missing date night, wrong soup entirely came, and missing his drink. I had the pick 2 deal and my sandwich was so destroyed I ate the bread and tossed the rest. I know it wasn’t the delivery driver either because she actually utilized a delivery bag.
