Food was good, but the soup was not as hot as I'd have liked. The service was alright. I'd have liked it better if there were numbers for the tables and the food brought to us. The tables were not clear or cleaned. There were crumbs and debris on all of the tables. I'll probably not go there again. I like the one in Tualatin better and it's cleaned more often.
Jesse went above and beyond to assist me, and absolutely made my day. I always appreciate the warmness of the employees here.

This location need to fix they’re coffee maker ASAP it’s been 2 weeks since that got broken so unable to get my morning hot coffee or iced coffee here with a “unlimited sip club”

It's just one thing after another with these guys. They do not have it together!! I think they must be managed by children. I'm a sip club member and was starting to wonder if it was worth it given they have so many issue. I have now canceled my membership as they haven't had any coffee for the last week. I was just informed this morning that they have ordered a new machine but nothing more ie. when we expect to have things resolved. Not even a sign on the door alerting customers of the issue. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed .

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches to go, and a cold brew. It took almost 30min to get our food. Actual restaurants have quicker service. We were in a rush and certainly didn't expect such a delay. To top it all off, the food was cold. They also got someone else's order wrong, and then remade it incorrectly while I was waiting. Seriously the worst Panera I've ever been to.
Ok the reviews are correct, worst Panera. Last week they did take-out only because they were short staffed. This week went to order, no one there, then after about 2 minutes a worker passed by and said someone would be right there, another 4 minutes passed (which is like 3 days in waiting time); then I went around to the corner to ask for someone to help me and was told "we are extremely short staffed, and there are kiosks" so it was definitely my fault for not using the kiosk, my deepest apologies Panera. Sorry Panera no more money from me, goodbye.

Super bummed! My company is looking for a place to get lunch and we where all set on this location, but after seeing the reviews this is off our list!!! Please fix your issues because your reviews will make people not even want to try your place....

I ordered a sandwich and beverage. The delivery was scheduled for 1-1:15. It was charged on my visa. But the Oder did not arrive until after my 30 minute lunch was over, at 1:32 pm. And they didn't include a straw for my beverage. It's very frustrating and now I'm back with students. The restaurant is only 4 miles away. And I placed my order a full hour before my lunch break.

I had a good experience a year prior at this same location which is why it’s getting 3 stars.I’m Always the optimist but I also expect at least average service & food when ordering take out. Placing the order was like pulling teeth. Picking up my order felt like a herded cow, waiting in a long line of online delivery drivers. My order was not unusual, BLTA with cup of French Onion soup. Honestly guys, I don’t know how a bacon, Turkey and avocado could taste so bland. Salt and pepper didn’t even help it. The French onion soup tasted straight out of a Campbell’s can. The prices were…. Well let’s just say ….. or let’s not. The cost of being so disappointed was the worse part.

It was an unfortunate visit. I went inside and ordered the chicken and broccoli bowl, expecting something similar to what was pictured on their backboard. I had six small pieces of broccoli and maybe 2 tablespoons of chicken on a huge bed of rice.
