Horrible customer service the person in the drive thru on 11/21/23 I placed order over the phone and he was very rude on the phone to begin with and when I got there he said we close 7:30 and he took my order at 7:30pm and said be 30 minutes when I got there he said we're close threw my food at me said we can't update our website we close at 7:30pm but took my order over the phone very horrible customer service and very rude that person should be fired or written up piss poor customer service

Super disappointed with this location. We love papa Murphy’s pizzas ?but we tend to have lots of problems- first off while unwrapping our pizza we found pineapple, onion, and black olive on one side of the crust, (thankfully we are not allergic so we picked it off) even so once the pizza was cooked and cooled we began to cut it and noticed there was an abundant amount of sauce, no complaints because we love sauce BUT the first two bites were over powered by red pepper flakes. I wonder if there was an accident and they decided to add more sauce, either way it was unbearable so we tossed the whole family size pizza ?Overall, the pizza is consistently disappointing at this location! I highly suggest a different location.Good luck ??

Pro Tip: pull the pizza off the paper tray and cook it directly on the rack for the last two minutes to crisp up the bottom. Takes this pizza to the next level.
I order here almost weekly. I usually order online and pick up using the drive thru. The customer service has been fantastic every time. My orders are always correct and ready on time. I like the take and bake aspect as well. I can pick up a pizza while out running errands and cook it whenever the hunger sets in. The medium 2 topping deal is better than all the other places and cheaper than a frozen pizza. The sauce is tasty and I recommend pretty much any of the specialty pizzas. The papas favorite or the chicken garlic ( add bacon) always satisfy!

Made the mistake of ordering on Halloween. When I got to the store the drive thru and instore line was insane. Ended up waiting an hour past my pick up time. However it was totally worth it. I got the hawaiian pizza with pepperoni. The ingredients tasted and smelled so fresh. I baked it to perfection and 8t tasted absolutely delicious. I will definitely be going back, just not on Halloween.

We went to Papa Murphys in Tigard om 99 a cross from Bimart. Placed online order at 1pm for 630pm pick up. Then called at 530pm to say we would be there at 7pm. The pizzas were bot ready. We had to wait in drive thu as they made the pizza for the car in front of us. Then they said they for got to put meat on. Our meat pizza. They thought it was funny. After we got it, the cheese on top was in one small circle on the side not on the whole family size pizza. The hawaiian barely had any pinapple. I am so regretting th $14 tip I paid online.

Oh the lazy girls didn't want to make pizza even though the sign said open and wouldn't even make a pizza through the drive-thru which it said is still available. They want us to go somewhere else because it's very hot. We chose a different pizza company to go to and will never go back to this location.
