Great, local pasta-focused Italian chain in the Pacific Northwest! The food is as tasty as high-end eateries but without the sticker shock that often comes along :-)

Vegetarian options: There is a veg section but I’d imagine any dish could be made, minus the meat.

Parking: Parking depends on the time of day and weather - Pastini’s in a busy outdoor mall and lots of people visit the area.

Nice to find a place that will serve up a good lunch at a reasonable price. They also offer half off on wines on Wednesdays. Service was right on mark. Will be back for their dinner size spaghetti siciliano!

Great food, pasta with a difference not just a take on red sauce and meatballs but white cheese sauces with bacon or thin sliced fatback. The service was very fast but once the check arrived there was no hurry to get you out. The atmosphere is. . . hard to describe sort of Italian farm house industrial. Great place, try it!
