I visited Pete’s Café today and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. While placing my order, the staff member at the counter seemed impatient and rude, especially while I was talking to my young son. It made the interaction feel rushed and uncomfortable.

Additionally, I noticed that the person making the drinks served others who came in after me before completing my order. This felt unfair and disorganized.

I've been to every location in the Portland area, their district manager Rose is phenomenal, she runs a great ship! Kelly at the Bridgeport location is an absolute doll, and always has a smile and warm greeting ready to go when you walk in the door! Screw Foldgers, the best part of waking up is going to Petes in the Portland area

We contacted the shop to get a large order in for a company meeting on a Friday. Claudia, the SM and James the ASM helped us and all 35 sandwiches were hot and bagged up 5 minutes earlier than promised on Monday morning and delicious! Thank you for having vegan options that are awesome too! We will be back!

They messed up my order - happens - which took them 20 minutes to make. 15 minutes on my road trip I tasted it and it was not what I ordered. I turned around and nicely said that I got a wrong order. No apology, nothing. He just looked at me suspiciously and said, we’ll have to remake them. Another 20 minutes. A simple “I’m sorry” would go a LONG way. It would also be nice not to have to wait another 20 minutes for something I ordered long time ago. Do better!
