Couldn't be happier this restaurant is so close to hole. I have had pho all over California and Oregon and this might be my favorite . Their vegetables are always super fresh. They have vege broth for my hubs who doesn't eat meat . They are always so kind and eager to help. Thanks guys , glad covid didn't severely affect you !!

This place is AMAZING! Not in a modern, chic sense but in a warm and homey way. The owners are an older Vietnamese couple that are incredible sweet and friendly. They cook really quickly too! The flavor was on point and was both authentic and delicious. The smoothies are alright (lighter flavor), but include real fruit and are customizable + include boba. I was extremely impressed with the level of service, and the food was great too. Will be coming back!!

Phở 99 W is easy to see from SW Pacific Hwy and has good access to both I-5 and Hwy 217.The Vietnamese Iced Coffee is very tasty and refreshing with just the right balance of flavors. The Gyoza is fantastic with phenomenal flavor and plenty of filling and a great side sauce. The Phở gà is very good with extremely fresh ingredients. The broth could be more robust but overall it’s a very good dish.

I understand why this establishment had the highest ratings in the area. Incredible flavors, fresh, healthy ingredients, their salad rolls are to die for! Plus, the family is just lovely, food graciously served by our chef and arrived swiftly. Definitely putting this on our "favorites" list!

This place has great Pho. Often when I get Pho with Brisket, the meat has a lot of fat and not a fair amount of meat, but this was not the case today! It was delicious- and we also had the chicken Pho which was equally delightful! Would definitely recommend ordering from here!

I feel lucky. It's not everyday you wander into a restaurant with such amazing food and the place is empty. Oh that would be the life, wouldn't it? No line, no wait. It's 6:30 on a Tuesday evening. Take out bags line the countertop, but no one is here. We are warmly greeted by a man and women, who offer us a table. After having a couple moments to look at the menu and sip on ice waters with a hint of lime, we order two beef Phở, fresh spring rolls and two blended boba drinks. Shortly after a plate with four fresh spring rolls arrive with some peanut sauce. The spring roll is easy to handle as I dip the roll into the delicious peanut sauce. The pork stands out among the greens and rice noodle. The spring rolls are perfectly balanced, which is hard to find, or maybe I'm not looking in the right places. In the past ten years traveling up and down the west coast I've only ever found one other Vietnamese restaurant that offered a perfectly balanced spring rolls... before I complete that thought, the bowl of Phở reaches the table. I dip the spoon into the Phở broth and taste. Delicious! The broth is delicate, yet beefy. What's even more rare than the perfect spring roll, is a bowl of Phở that requires no hoisin, sriracha, or chili oil temping me on the table. Don't get me wrong, use the condiments to taste, but this Phở requires none, it stands on its own. I take some chili oil and spread it on a plate so I can dip the slices of beef and meatballs in it. The chili oil is fire, the heat is welcome, but I keep returning to the Phở broth. The noodles are perfectly cooked and by now the jalapeño and Thai basil have added some flavor. Before I know it the bowl is empty. To be honest, the boba was a little gratuitous, although it satisfies my sweet tooth today. Next time I may opt for one of the canned Vietnamese drinks in the cooler. When we return I look forward to trying many other dishes Phở 99W has to offer. What an amazing hidden gem in Tigard.

Got lunch here and it hit THE SPOT. Best broth around, wonderful chili oil on the tables, small menu (so you know they what they have is going to be quality) Give the Spicy Broth a shot!! Very flavorful!!

We tried the spicy, chicken and veggie pho. All 3 were delicious. I would say the veggie was the best. Their banh mi sandwiches are super yummy as well.

Delicious food. Truly good quality broth, better than other restaurants in the area. I will be coming here again. Loved the salad rolls and the traditional PHO. The owners were also very sweet and welcoming!!!

Absolutely the best vegetarian Pho that I have ever had, and cheap to boot. Ridiculously good, we drive 45 min just to get it.

The food was really good and very authentic, the staff was super friendly, the prices were more than fair, and my wife's Pho was really big. I had a sandwich that seemed a little small, but it was very good. I would check this place out if you like Vietnamese food. The parking lot is a little tight and funky.
