Scummy af. On door dash, the maximum cost of an item is 11.95, which is 5 cents below door dashes minimum for free delivery. The only option is to get a drink which starts at 3 dollars. I had to pay 4 for a bottle of water. They know what they're doing and it's just scummy

Worst experience at a Qdoba. NEVER come here. They are so stingy here. I get a bowl with rice, chicken, queso, cheese and sour cream that is it. Well they were scrimping on the portion to begin with. Then when I asked for extra cheese. They barely added any then when asked for more they said they would need to charge me. I said so there is a limit on what you can get. When the guy behind me has his bowl piled high with everything. The guy says I added extra for you. What a joke this place is. Added a picture of what they say extra cheese is. Don't waste your money, go to Chipotle or another Qdoba it is worth it

The manager was fairly rude about my coupon code, I had the email but he only wanted a scan code and made a long debate over something that he can take up with corporate over.

The main competition for Qdoba is Chipotle. For my money, it is Chipotle every time. Qdoba's portions are smaller and the ingredients aren't as fresh. They now give sour cream and guacamole out in tiny little cups. The worst part about our meal today was finding a long hair in my husband's meal which ruined it for us! No Bueno!

My experience is that unless you're present when your food is being prepared, you don't actually get things how you ordered them. This just happened for the third consecutive time; ordered online and used a promo they gave me after the second botched order. Chose shredded cheese and cotija for my burrito, but didn't find or taste a speck of cheese in the whole thing. Ugh.

I've debated writing this review for a long time. I've had mixed experiences, and I've eaten here several times over the last year. The service is occasionally good but usually mediocre. The food is usually OK, but every now and then, they have protein that sits out too long. My first really bad experience was when a rather rude woman was putting together a burrito bowl for me and she forgot the cilantro I asked for, I mentioned it to the woman at the cash register, she had been handling cash on the previous transaction with her gloves, and with those same gloves tried to add the cilantro, I stopped her before she could put it on my food and pointed out what she had just done. She realized what she was doing after that and took care of it. But that made me a little concerned about the hygiene of the restaurant. Another negative experience. I ordered a burrito with the brisket. Three bites in, I got an artery and a large chunk of vascular system. It also tasted off, I threw it away and didn't come back for a long time. The last time back consisted of dry chicken and rude service. I'm over this place. There are better options in the same building for a quick bite.
