We had a fantastic experience at the Tigard Red Lobster! The food was outstanding — especially the delicious seafood boil bag. It was packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and generously portioned. Every bite was amazing! On top of that, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about their guests. Great food, amazing service — we’ll definitely be back!

Large party not a good idea here. Went for my sister's 70th Birthday... reservation for 20@ 5pm... we only had one server!? As of now, 2 hours to get our food. Manager upset we asked for more biscuits/refills she actually had an attitude that I asked. 🙄

Excellent service, excellent attitudes of staff. I walked in with my fiancé after abruptly leaving Outback (due to a horrible atmosphere) and were instantly greeted by a guy seating us and making a great joke that went over well with me. Then, the server Gina was super nice to my fiancé and I, but not overly nice. She explained everything in detail on the menu, updates they have done and everything. We had a wonderful experience for his birthday dinner. Picked out a great lobster and I’m so happy they have their deals back! I got a crab cluster with baked potato and everything turned out perfect. So glad we left OB for this! I recently read the new CEO changed things and addded back $5 happy hour and deals and we are so happy we gave it a chance!! Will be back again soon!!

My boyfriend and I went to Red Lobster for his birthday the other night. We were seated quickly by a tall male (who appeared to be the head host possibly) and we communicated with him that it was my boyfriends birthday and that we wanted cake and a birthday song, which he seemed stoked about. This was where the positive experience ended. 25 or so minutes go by, and we have been completely ignored. Tables around us have been sat down and attended to, with drinks and menus, or to go boxes, or the check. We don’t even have water. The tables around us were tables of 3-4, and we were just a table of 2. We were finally able to order drinks when everyone else around us had already been taken care when we were seated before them. Ashley with blue hair is the one who we saw being attentive to everyone around us before even acknowledging us and letting us know it was not busy. By the time we got our drinks, people who had been seated after us were already receiving food. Ashley checked our ID’s and we ordered an alcoholic fruity drink. When we got it, it tasted good but there was definitely no alcohol in there and was 100% a virgin drink. And after we were told it wasn’t busy, groups around us were finishing their food and proceeding to pay before we even received our food. We’d been there for about an hour and a half at this point. The food was decent. Once finished, we asked for the birthday cake and song, which Ashley seemed surprised about and had clearly not been communicated to (and this was after we’d heard two other groups being sang happy birthday to). We got our cake, they sang to us, we paid and left. Overall, an experience I’ve never had. The service was confusing.

Following a previous positive experience, a return visit proved disappointing. Regrettably, due to the cost relative to the quality of service, future patronage is not anticipated. Furthermore, the unreliability of the service renders it unsuitable for continued investment.

I had to come on and write about the amazing time I had tonight. My mother is 75 and she really wanted crab legs she wasn't going to get them because she has a tough time at her age opening them. Our waiter Ricky talked her into ordering them and he will open them for her at the table. Food came and he opened all them in just a couple minutes she was so happy he did that or her. Table next to us started talking to us saying how nice he was doing that for her and we learned that the table comes in twice a month and always asks for Ricky we started to laugh and told them I can see why. We go out to eat very often and have never been treated as good as we have tonight. We will be back for sure and be asking for him.

Tried the happy hour. Really didn't like it that much. the food is good but only saving $2 off of a normal menu price is not a good happy hour. Drink specials were fine.

Way too many hosts/waiters standing around ignoring customers. Seeming the small manager was there walking around but it still took 40 minutes for biscuits and carbonara. I had to have a friend call to actually receive the order that was already ready. For a business hanging by a thread you’d think corporate would want better.

Pretty gross, ordered curb side waited at least a hour after we were told it was done. When called was told it would be right out and when we went in after the wait we were told we should have called. Aside how annoying it was the lobster we received was as small as a shrimp. Paying 50$ for that was pretty bad. I wouldn’t go here, I have had many decent meals here but this is the last time unfortunately.

LUNCH CROWD WAS JUST 5-5 TABLES, VERY SLOW! STAFF WERE FRIENDLY FOOD WAS GOOD BUT EXPERIENCE WAS DRERY!
The crusted Parmesan Chicken was so good. Service was good, I did feel that our server got to some other tables a bit faster than ours. I tried my husband's steak and lobster and it was okay maybe just not my vibe but he loved his dish and I loved mine.
