Normally Sesame donuts is my favorite place, but today the two girls working had the worst attitude. I’ve never had such horrible service that I literally won’t be back to this location. I wasn’t greeted at all, which is whatever but then after being ignored I get hit with “well are you ready?”. If you’re not happy at your job maybe get a different one. Do better.

Extremely disappointed in this place. It has gone downhill. I received the wrong order from Sesame Donuts through Doordash. I ordered a box of 6 donuts and all of them were not the flavors I requested. I tried to call the store, but they didn't answer the phone so I decided to go into the store to correct the order. The girl at the counter was extremely rude right away when I came up to the counter. She acted annoyed that I even came in. She said that we received the wrong donuts because they were out of the other flavors. I asked why we didn't receive a call from them or notification from door dash letting us know that they were out of the correct ones and she simply said I don't know. Then I asked if I could exchange the donuts for different ones, or pay the difference and she said no to that to. I then asked for the number to the store manager and she said she didn't have it. She was unwilling to help me at all or make the order right. This is so disappointing because I have always had wonderful experiences here in the past and there was always a friendly gentleman working at the counter. This used to be my favorite my favorite donut spot, but I guess I'm going to have to find somewhere else.

When you're craving an apple fritter this place is it! Crispy on the outside and not at all doughy. It's a classic donut shop fritter. The crème filled maple donut was sweet and delicious. A solid choice for classic donuts. Plentiful parking and service with a smile.

I don't know if it's a fair review to come into a donut place or any place that has fresh baked goods at 7 PM. Really truly it's hard to get a good idea when everything is kind of day old at that point but that said I just needed a treat that day. And I didn't want something crazy and over-the-top. I just want something simple and quick and you know what I don't really hit the spot. I can tell this is the standard donut I like everything probably comes out of a 5 gallon bucket and you know what that's how I like a donut. I don't want some overpriced fancy doughnut that's going to unlock regional cuisine. I don't want some donut the cost $16 with gold flake on it and some kind of caviar. I just want a deep fried thingwith way too much sugar on top. The donut I got was a three star to be honest but I'm confident that if I came there 12 hours before in the morning that it would've been a four star.

Staff was rude which isn’t usually the case. She was in accommodating to a tefund request due to medical need. And refused to tell me when management was going to be in. Will tell all my friends to pick a different sesame doughnut location. Never choosing this one again!!!
