Messed up my order 2 times. The shake I got had the consistency of milk, and had no Oreos and still wasn’t what I ordered to begin with. Upon walking up to the “drive thru window” I began to come to the realization looking at them that any conversation I had with the employees hired at this location would have been absolutely futile. I mean you know when your shake comes out like water practically you messed up, the employee knew he messed up the shake and still gave it to me or this was beyond his comprehension. I urge you to go anywhere else but here, now I will hate the rest of my day and blame this shake as the catalyst…

One star for the broken drive through speaker that the district manager refuses to fix. The employees say they can’t hear the guests ordering. After 7-8 trips dealing with this…me and my friends just stopped going to Sonic for our drinks and go to Dutch bros now. Let us know when you get around to fixing your drive through speaker and we will come back to Sonic.

Okay, Sonic — we need to talk.

The food? Surprisingly good. Hot, tasty, and exactly the flavor I was hoping for.
The portion size? Laughably small. I paid full price and left feeling like I just had a snack, not a meal. Where’s the rest of it?

The service? Yikes. Slow, scattered, and totally uninterested. We waited way too long, and when someone finally showed up, it felt like we were bothering them just by existing.

And the atmosphere? Chaotic. Loud, messy, and zero sense of flow or order. Not exactly the chill drive-in experience they advertise.

So yeah… food gets a thumbs-up. Everything else? Needs a major tune-up.
Do better, Sonic. Because that burger deserved a better supporting cast.

I had a mixed experience with my son recently. He ordered a cheeseburger and I got a smasher. His sandwich and fries were really good. Mine was not only mediocre in taste, but it was quite literally smashed. Photos attached. So overall it’s a mixed bag. Recommendation to the management team: add a touch of love and quality control and you’d get way more happy customers.

My fast food has to be sonic. They have a wide selection of many food there. My favorite is the hambergers and hot dogs. Service is fast and the price is right. I recommend this great food place to others

I got a rotten drink once. And the food is always just ok need to clean their drink lines better or something. Their ice cream is like cool whip I like that a lot until I got a rotten drink service is better than the food but not by .much

Went to get a shake happily and they ruined my whole experience. I got the wrong drink, and I guess because they got offended by me not liking it, would not give me a refund and told me to leave because I was holding the line up. Horrible place to go to sonic. It was the manager who said he would call the police after every employee was I guess intimidated and couldn’t take my order clearly . Really bad couldn’t even give me a refund. Shameless
