Consistently make bad pink drinks. I’m not sure why, but at this location they serve them with extra lite coconut milk. Just by looking at the drink I can tell it’s not made correctly.

This Starbucks is, without a doubt, one of the best I've ever been to!The staff here goes above and beyond—they're incredibly kind and thoughtful, both in taking our orders and welcoming us each time we visit, whether through the drive-thru or walking in.While the food and coffee/drinks are consistently great, it's the staff that truly sets this place apart. Over the past two years, we've made it a habit to visit this Starbucks primarily because of the exceptional service we receive. They know us by name, even our dogs, and often remember our orders. It's rare to find a coffee house where the staff remembers you about 95% of the time. Moreover, they're remarkably efficient and quick in fulfilling our orders.I once attempted to work on some projects here with my computer, but the atmosphere tends to be lively. If you're seeking a quieter workspace, you might want to consider other options. Nevertheless, there's ample seating both indoors and outdoors, and parking is typically not an issue.

It just so happened while I was trying to reinstate my car insurance, this Starbucks was across the street, off the beaten path, and I purchased a caramel latte, and a piece of cake!!, very delicious indeed??☕?yummy!!!

This is the slowest Starbucks in Portland. I've been late to work multiple times after waiting 20+ minutes in line. When I'm finally able to order they are always out of food offerings. Waste of time do not come here!

This Starbucks is one of the worst in terms of customer service and timelines. Not a single person. Who works here has a sense of urgency. They would rather chit chat with coworkers behind the counter than get customer orders out on time.

I only go here because it's the only drive thru in a 4 mile radius. Which is probably why so many others go here and the line is always crazy long. The service is average. Sometimes when I pull up the server looks like they could be doing something better. Drinks and food have mostly been accurate. I'll be back. Starbucks needs to open another drive thru in the Washington Square area though.

Being a past shift supervisor for 8 years. I’m surprised by their attitude to a wrongfully made handcrafted drink. They forgot the flavoring, the extra hot, and no foam modifier. I can completely understand that if someone new made it was flustered during a busy time of day but when I come back with a full latte to tell you someone forgot the syrup, I’m telling you they forgot the syrup. I don’t need an extra pump of whatever, I just need the basic Starbucks cadence made way drink. I can tell the difference between a basic latte and a flavored latte.
Ordered the pink drink. Received, but noticed no fruit in drink. Went back to get some thinking they got busy and forgot. Nope. They did not have any, and apparently, did not think it important. ? would you serve a mocha without chocolate and not think it important. Very disappointing visit.
