Baristas ignore u if u try to ask if ur moble order is done. Just give me my shit. Standing around ignoreing me wont get me my order quicker. đŸ€Ł never coming back.

I always order my food ahead, it is super simple & quick! While yes sometimes I do have to wait longer to be able to get my food that is no fault to them as the line for this Starbucks gets crazy because it is the only Starbucks in the mall. My drinks always turn out exactly as I want them. & one time when I was waiting for my drink someone else took it on accident. The employees were super helpful in making me another one!

What is the point of ordering ahead if I have to show up to a location when it's slow and still wait 10 minutes? No sense of urgency here.

Horrible service. I don’t normally come here because there’s always a huge line but today there wasn’t. I came in today 12/1/24. I ordered an easy order, a hot chocolate and a chocolate chip cookie. The chocolate chip cookie is already made. Never in my years of living have I had to wait so long for a pastry, especially a cookie at Starbucks. My drink took about 5 mins, no complaint there. But I waited for a chocolate chip cookie for 15 minutes. My hot chocolate wasn’t even a hot chocolate anymore it was a cold chocolate. I asked for the cookie to be heated up and she gave me it cold. That long just to get a cookie that needed to be grabbed. I might as well have done it myself. I asked about two times, I’ve worked in customer service and that has made me a patient person. I rarely write reviews. But really?! Is Starbucks just hiring anyone? There was 3 people working mind you and I’ve ordered first before the others getting their pastry’s. This is why it’s always crowded here because they can never complete one order and work on them scattered. The worker was just talking to a drink runner that seemed to be her friend for those 15 minutes as well. Her friend was posted up in the middle of where you grab your drinks. Meanwhile, another customer was also trying to get the workers attention and me and others were waiting for their orders. If you wanna talk schedule a hangout time, and don’t do it when you’re supposed to be doing your god damn job! She’d be fired in my book. When I asked politely two times they both looked at me and she said the other worker was grabbing my cookie when the other worker seemed to be doing so many drinks and was clearly stressed while this woman was talking. When I asked again the third time for an update, her and the drink runner both looked at me rudely for interrupting their conversation and said the cookie is still being grabbed. She said this to me with an attitude so disgustingly like Cruella. Do better! Im glad I snatched my cookie. I should have done more and asked for a refund and to speak to the manager!

Guess I am not the only one to rate a one. We were told 10-12 minutes. After 20 mins I was told there were more in line ahead of me. I had to leave. No drinks. You can have my $12.50 including tip. The whole group of baristas could have used an injection of espresso.

My barista for the day “Cooper” was exceptional. He asked me about my day and expertly crafted a delicious beverage in a timely fashion despite a clear rush occurring. Absolute professional and I hope to have another scoop in the near future.

I went to get a drink on Sunday at around 5pm and I had a truly unpleasant experience at this Starbucks location. The male employee with short dirty blonde hair and a noticeable scar on his right jawline was incredibly rude. He rolled his eyes and sucked his teeth at customers and while making my drink, which was poorly done. The drink I received was much lighter in color and completely lacking in flavor. I took a photo of it, but due to his attitude, I didn’t even bother asking for it to be remade.

The bigger girl with a bun and a tattoo on her arm wasn’t much help either. She was moving very slowly and seemed to just stand around calling out the drinks while the other employee struggled to keep up. It’s no wonder he had such an attitude—he was clearly overwhelmed.

This was by far the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had. It’s evident that more staff is needed on shift, or at the very least, better-trained staff who can handle the workload without being disrespectful to customers. I won’t be returning to this location.
