Great service, in town visiting family, working in EST so I got there early, and the opening staff was thoughtful and even remembered my drink order on the third visit. Obviously this location focuses on people having a good experience, and I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. I think it’s great this location kept things professional and focused on being a great café — prioritizing customer service and quality products above anything else.

I love this Starbucks. I come about 1 to 2 times a week i pass 2 other Starbucks and several other coffee places to come to this location because of the friendly staff always have a smile and a kind word. My order is always made quick never have to wait long. I love BJ and another Barista sorry I can't remember her name but she wears really long braids. I order a caramel macchiato add hazelnut triple shot and an ice water. It's always perfect and gets me through my day.

This store has a great worker named Bree . She is friendly and efficient . Nice smile. But I can't say that about most the people there. They are kinda not happy to see u or don't like their jobs. The last drink I got from there was made by someone else and it was the worse coffee drink I ever got in my life. I asked for a grande in a vente cup so I could have cold foam like and inch and half I asked and paid for and she gave me a vente cup half emptied. But if it wasn't for Bree I wouldn't go back. .make sure u don't tip the barista unless they do ur drink right. Bree is good tho

Abnegating our human rights as parent and 6 year old child to use a public restroom. Demanding the purchase of something during a restroom emergency for my 6 year old daughter. They ended up telling us to leave because I forgot my wallet In the car. Horrendous and despicable human beings. Their excuse was they blamed the CEO and said it’s his policy and one of the submissive girls seemed to kind of not agree in her heart, but went along with denying us access anyway. I have been here before and the customer service has always been awkward and strange. This is was our families last straw. Never going back to this Starbucks or any other, EVER.

This store was dirty. When I was there mid-morning, there were several empty tables, but everything was dirty. The condiment area was dirty and trashy. Service was very nice and the coffee was good.

Nicest people work here, super fast service, very professional. Great place to get a coffee and zone out.

That being said, the food at Starbucks is dismal. Dystopian prices for tiny things that are usually stale or just inadequate. Microwaved, gluten gut-busters, or condensed, granulated sugar. Those are your "options". There's a bank across the street if you need to take out a loan for a cookie.

I guess you can't have a billionaire CEO and bags of flour and an actual oven, but at least price the cookie from 3.65$ (?) down to like 2 dollars. Which is still more than what it's worth, but a change in the right direction.

Otherwise it's great! 2.65$ for a tall coffee with free refills. That won't last long though, as prices seem to jump up every week (greedflation). I'll come back here in a year to laugh at the 5 dollar brownie...
