I've been coming here for years and it was ok... until today when they denied me using the restroom without a purchase. I had my baby in his car seat and needed a place to change him as well as being a postpartum mom, I don't have the luxury of holding my bladder for long (other moms will understand). So I ordered a hot water. They also told me water is no longer free unless you make a purchase. So I couldn't even get hot water to warm up his baby bottle because the employees here the are absolute worst. I used to come here several times a week and make large orders. Safe to say I will never order from here again! Starbucks better teach some bedside manners to their employees or next time I will set my baby on the counter and change him right there!

Came in to use the bathroom so I could change my infant. Was told bathrooms are only for customers. I had previously bought a Starbucks coffee and hour ago but it doesn't matter. I have also been buying from Starbucks almost twice a day for years. Doesn't matter, need to make a purchase. So I order a hot water to warm up a bottle for my infant. Was now told that they only give hot water if you make another purchase. Really?! I'm not drinking it, I'm warming up a baby bottle! It will not be coming back to this Starbucks. Until they start making more common sense, rules. Horrible customer service.If this is what they're going for.

Direct Business Boost

The staff here can be very friendly, which is always a plus. However, the music in the corners of the location is extremely loud. Trying to have a conversation with the person I came with was nearly impossible because of how loud the speakers were. It’s a real shame because the atmosphere could be so much better if the music was turned down just a notch. If anyone from management reads this, please consider adjusting the volume. It would make the experience much more enjoyable for everyone. Thank you!

So no change for a $50 with a $12 drink order. I'm amazed she told us she had no change before opening her till. Then when we asked if she could check her physic abilities informed her no change was available in the drawer she didn't open. If you don't have $38 in a till that's odd. Please help your staff get $38 in change.

Is this a coffee shop or a disco? Music is SO loud it's ridiculous! Where are the supervisors/managers? It's great to have music, but blaring it is too much!! It's Sunday November 10th at 10 am.

When did Starbucks start skrimping on the flavorings like chocolate Caramel, pumpkin etc. The coffees all have been fairly tastless!!!!

Drink this go around was good.

Customer service was good.

My drink was the worst I have ever been given. I get a Java Chip Frap most days. I'm from Salem, so I frequent another Starbucks. My drink was so dark brown that it was disgusting. Never had it that bad. I know there's mistakes. But I have no idea what they did wrong on this one. Just awful.
I was very happy to have gone to Wilsonville as I was traveling down I5 and they replaced it and this one was tossed.

When I got to the cashier in the drive thru she said their card reader was down (I was not told that prior to ordering) I sadly left without my drinks, had I known prior their card reader was down I wouldn’t have ordered as I don’t carry cash on me.
