get my order wrong every single time. I ordered a venti pumpkin cream cold brew with 2 pumps of pumpkin and 2shots blonde espresso. I did not get either of my modifications. Instead the only thing I got was extra cold foam.

Starbucks is Starbucks. Generally fairly consistent, but never anything to write home about as it’s become more and more commercialized over the decades.
And I expect even less whenever I visit what I refer to as a Starbucks “pop-up-shop” that resides inside of another retail establishment, like a Target or a grocery store (such as with this Fred Meyer). But this particular location takes the cake (pop)…
Not only did it take a full 5 mins for them to take my order for a “Venti Black Iced Tea, no sweetener” (mind you, there was no line, only me, with two people working behind the counter), but in the time it took me to pay by scanning my SB app and then walk down to the end of the counter, my drink was already up (thank goodness!), but it was incorrect (it figures…).
Now I could understand if it was packed in there (it wasn’t), or if the cashier was working alone (she had backup), or if I had ordered some crazy, convoluted concoction (literally the only thing on their menu easier for them to prepare is a cup of plain tap water), but there was really no excuse. And since I already had a massive headache at the time and was in desperate need of the caffeine, it probably annoyed me even more than normal.
However, they were both really nice about remaking it, and I ultimately got what I had ordered. Plus when I placed my order and told the cashier I wanted a venti, she looked me in the eye and deadpanned, “you want a large, right?” So I have to give a couple extra stars just for the effort and the free laugh alone.
Next time (if there is a next time), I think I’ll order a large just to see if she tells me, “so you want a venti, right?”, then promptly walk down to the end of the counter to pick up my “small milk, lite ice.” ;)

Slowest service experience ever, held up waiting with 3 customer orders in front. Need more staff or quicker service
Features: ALWAYS GRAT SERVICE!
This Starbucks like the other 3 I visit have great customer service. On more than one occasion I ordered from the wrong location and they fix my drink when I realize I messed up.. they all have great code.

Great web locator. Measures distance from your location.
Nasty coffee haven't been there in years
Sometimes they make my coffee correctly, today Is not that day. The baristas are usually in a bad mood. Please get someone to run the place properly or just close the shop. :)
They're so sweet at this location, they alwayssss have my coffee done on time from my online order and there's always at least one person wiping things down with cleaner.
The Starbucks located in the Tigard Fred Meyer is a great place to grab a coffee.Sometimes I’ll do that on my way to my hair stylist who is literally just across the street in the Pacific Terrace shopping center. The Starbucks sits just inside the main entrance of the Fred Meyer on the left hand side. It’s a cute coffee shop which has super-friendly baristas, great tasting drinks, and very tasty treats!
