They do not know how to mak a drink properly. I had order a triple blonde vanilla latte, and they did not add the vanilla. Twice. They tried to remake it but forgot the vanilla again.
Always a positive experience at this Starbucks on Scholls & 125th. The staff are incredibly courteous, friendly, kind, and have great work ethic. They always pay attention and make the drinks exactly as you order them which is why Starbucks became popular back in the day to begin with. A very competent group of employees here at Scholls, Starbucks should be proud! The Starbucks location itself always has people from the neighborhood hanging out with friends (which is also a good sign). The store itself is clean and runs smooth. The parking can be tough early mornings due to a donut shop and bank next to it, but not that bad. People go in and out quick. 5 stars for this lovely location! Highly recommend ❤️✨

Coffee half full for a medium, all foam. I literally drank it in four sips. Trash. Plus nowhere to sit while I wait despite plenty of open space. Management needs a wake up, definitively won’t go back.

I had an early morning online order. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly by 5+ employees all standing behind the counter, who had recently knocked out a big amount of online orders including mine. My spirits were lifted and they gave me a great start to my day.

Service is fine, but the remodel did this store a real disservice. Significantly cut down on the amount of seating, got rid of the comfy chairs and replaced them with an empty space and some cabinets. Even if we accept the concept, it really feels poorly considered.
Used to be much more "cozy"... Hopefully they try something different next time!

This Starbucks location offers everything you'd expect: a great spot, consistently well-made drinks, and friendly staff who enhance the experience. It’s hard to go wrong here.

At this location on multiple occasions, we have had rude service. We are always kind customers an when asked to add whip cream to our coffees after we placed the order correctly. You will get addituted an your drink slammed on the counter an there solution was to take my now leaking cup an put it into another cup. After there the ones that over filled the cup. I'm highly dissatisfied that this was our Sunday morning experience. I will be going to a new location.

It's Starbucks. You know what you're getting. This one has a bit of a weird drive thru that can make congestion, but it's inside a parking lot, so you're not blocking road traffic.

Came in to get a coffee and a bite to eat. No customer at the register, two employees around the registers and a couple employees making Coffee's...but not one of them felt it necessary to greet me and take my order. Ok. If you don't want my business I will go to the donut shop next door. Got my coffee and food there AND met some very nice employees there.

Went here and they had got my order wrong. I went back inside and I told her it wasn’t made with sugar and she gave me a dirty look and attitude and saying she can’t take my drink back. That’s fine but no need for the rolling eyes and attitude. I said I would love to leave it outside for the homeless she stated no one’s going to take that. I know people that are homeless and they would tell you anything helps. Made my drink angrily Got red faced mad and gave me my drink with not even saying anything but an eye roll. She started making another drink and I asked if she was going to say sorry but she just gave me a dirty look. The drink was right this time. Sometimes we have to own up to our mistakes especially in retail. Never coming here again and will let my business partners know as well
