Staff very friendly and welcoming but may need re-training on some drinks! Reminders of which espresso-forward drinks come with an extra shot, such as flat whites and shaken espressos. Also where “half sweet” is an option on POS.
Always a positive experience at this Starbucks on Scholls & 125th. The staff are incredibly courteous, friendly, kind, and have great work ethic. They always pay attention and make the drinks exactly as you order them which is why Starbucks became popular back in the day to begin with. I had an early morning online order. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly by 5+ employees all standing behind the counter, who had recently knocked out a big amount of online orders including mine. My spirits were lifted and they gave me a great start to my day.
