Girl flat our said when I have to make new drinks I just wing it, well she definitely winged it with my Javachip Frappuccino. She asked her coworker what is this drink again 3 times while working on it.

Ordered venti gave me grande after remaking it this is what I got. Should've just kept both of them I basically paid for a grande frap in a venti cup.

I have ordered the same drink for years. Java chip frap with a extra shot. The last 5 times I been here they give me a white frap that tastes like milk. I tell them everytime it's supposed to have coffee and a shot and it's dark brown, they look at me like I'm stupid and put more chocalate in it and that's it. Then it just tastes like chocalate milk. Now that I know that it will be like this everytime I will not be coming back. They need to train their employees better. Super disappointing....

So slow. There were two baristas but it took forever and they forgot my sandwiches. So much for a "quick" Starbucks run.
Every single time I come to this location they never have any of the ingredients and I wait in line the whole time get up to the window and just tell them to tell me that they can never make my drink so incredibly frustrating
