I have ordered the same drink for years. Java chip frap with a extra shot. The last 5 times I been here they give me a white frap that tastes like milk. I tell them everytime it's supposed to have coffee and a shot and it's dark brown, they look at me like I'm stupid and put more chocalate in it and that's it. Then it just tastes like chocalate milk. Now that I know that it will be like this everytime I will not be coming back. They need to train their employees better. Super disappointing....

The employees at this Starbucks are always friendly towards my Family and I time and time again. The drinks that they serve have so much flavor and they're made so quickly! I'm glad that it's so close to my place. I can just walk there!

So slow. There were two baristas but it took forever and they forgot my sandwiches. So much for a "quick" Starbucks run.

Every single time I come to this location they never have any of the ingredients and I wait in line the whole time get up to the window and just tell them to tell me that they can never make my drink so incredibly frustrating

No stirring sticks (barrista could not find). No napkins in holder. Creamer only poured by barista .
So sweet. Messed up an order and made a new one for free. And sooo delish.

My daily morning visit to this Starbucks is always a great experience because the staff are all friendly and get my order correct every time. It is a highlight of my day to stop in!
