Took almost 10 minutes to hash out a coffee and a refresher with nobody in store or in drive thru. Asked for a Trenta and got a venti. Customer service definitely isn’t a strong suit at this location.
The staff at this Starbucks are wonderful...there aren't enough stars to give them. My friend and I had ages to catch up on and were able to sit comfortably and chat, then get a couple pup cups for our fur babies on the way out.
Dietary restrictions: My friend asked for non dairy, no problem. They scrupulously rinse the pitchers when switching from dairy to non dairy.

Over time the service became inconsistent, which is why I switched to the Tigard Marketplace location, where I now go every day because...
