Absolutely love all their teas! Personal favorite being licorice spice!
Placed an order on 11/24/24 for a Christmas gift and did not receive it until 1/8/25. By then some of the teas were out of stock. Couldn’t reach a customer service representative to speak with. When emailing for a second time, I received the automated message “sending multiple messages will result in your inquiry being sent to the end of the line.” Unacceptable. Received two small refunds so far on my credit card after I paid in full back in November. I should not have been charged until the order was shipped. I assumed my order would ship soon after I was charged, boy was I wrong. I do not know what happened to this company in the past couple of years, but I definitely will not be ordering from them again.
I placed an order on November 25 that still remains unfulfilled. When I called I could not speak to a human. When I emailed I was told they were experiencing delays due to the Black Friday sale and they would reach out to the shipping department to see what was going on. I haven’t heard from them. I emailed again and at the bottom of the automated response it says “sending multiple messages will result in your inquiry being pushed to the end of the line” IT HAS BEEN A MONTH. My card was charged. Yesterday I received a refund for $5.94 with no explanation. My order was almost $30. I can’t even get a human on the phone to cancel my order. This is disappointing and unacceptable.
I placed an order on Dec 1 that remains unfulfilled and customer service is inaccessible. I emailed and called and have not been able to connect with anyone. I’ve been a customer for years and don’t want to cancel my order, but I’m starting to worry there’s an issue with the company and I might lose my money if I don’t cancel the order.
I don’t know what has happened to this company. I have been a loyal customer for four or five years mostly ordering online. My orders have always been correct and timely until November 2024. I placed an order exactly one month ago and after not receiving it after two weeks I tried to contact them. My first three calls connected and I was placed on hold for the next available representative. After 30 or 45 seconds I was connected to a message saying to reach out via email which I did. No response after a week so emailed again and received a message that they were looking into it. I made several more calls and no response. I looked into the BBB and the rating for Stash is D-. If I ever receive a response and/or my order I will certainly not do business with them again.
Twice wrong item ordered was not what a received. It seems like I cannot get anyone to talk to resolve this problem. I would just really like to received some double bergamot tea but i keep getting fruity herbals and such.
I was given $100.00 gift card that I cannot use. Last year, 2022, I was told they were opening a new retail store. Well, it is December 2023 and I still have no way to use my gift card. Convenient for Stash tea...they literally stole money.

I keep receiving tea that is either expired or about to expire. I’ve emailed twice in four months, called over twenty times. I’ve had NO response. I’ve been ordering Stash Tea for too many years to count and never had a problem until the last year.
Double spice chai and double bergamot earl grey are my favs!! But I’ve noticed the last few boxes, more than one bag broke open when I pour hot water over it.

ordered 3/13/22 credit card charged, still no tea has arrived, cannot get through to customer service by phone and no response to online inquiry. Used to be a great company with excellent service.
I have been driving by here nearly daily for years and never realized there was a retail shop. I always thought it was just corporate offices.Nice little showroom with more variety than I could have asked for. Friendly staff. Plenty of accessories. Will probably always be my tea go to shop.
Sad that Mojito Mint is no longer made or in stock. It was the only mint tea I liked.
Not as nice as the old shop. Workers were very polite and helpful.
I ordered on 12/12. I knew it could take some time to ship, but now it’s been 3 weeks. I’ve emailed twice with no response. The only response I received was a partial refund because one of my items was now sold out. I’ve always liked Stash and it was even better that it was local. Never again.
