Told me he wouldn't help me until he completed a large on line order. Why is there only one employee. This is the second time this has happened. Will never buy subway again!

Told me he wouldn't take my order until he finishes his online orders. He had 3 sandwiches. He said come back after lunch rush. I asked him when it's over and he said 4pm. I clarified he wouldn't be able to make my sandwich until 4pm and said yes. It was 12:20pm. I walked out. I could argue and get a guy who can barely make 3 sandwiches in 4 hours to make my sandwich but they're so lazy. They have one single guy worker here who is good. He's 100%. Skinny tall guy amazing. Everyone else has been terrible terrible terrible. 0 training or accountability

I put in an online order on 1/5 and gave them a good 40 mins to make it :). I ended up going to the store to pick it up and it wasn’t done at all. The lady said its been busy which I completely understand. I said thats fine I don’t mind waiting. I wait for 15 mins and realized that the employe was taking other peoples order instead of making mine. The young guy was so sweet tho :) He ended up making my sandwich. The sandwich was wrong but it was still good tho :) I just wish they can pay attention to people who make online orders.

Online order here doesn’t mean you will get early here because the staff is very lazy here the old lady get confused all the time look like she is high. I ordered a subway but I got a bundle of mess really she doesn’t want to work properly

Don't expect your online order to be made in a timely manner. Put in an online order and showed up 20-30 minutes later to pick it up (as it even said on the app "Ready") only to watch the employee make all the people in line (including ones that had just walked up) their sandwiches before getting to mine. I had to wait in the line to just tell him I had an online order. When I told him I did, he said "oh" and then finally starts making it. He then proceeds to make one of the orders wrong and give me a 6 inch instead of a footlong like the order said, in which I had to correct him. No apologies, no "sorry for the wait", no "sorry for the mistake"...nothing. I've noticed the last few times I've gone that there only seems to be one person working here during lunch rushes all the time. You're better off just waiting in the line, which also takes forever.

Came in just before close very drunk lol and wanting a sandwich. Friendly service. Great sandwich made exactly how I like. 10/10.

Was a bit skeptical due to the reviews but it was okay. Not different from other subway branches.

Hadn't been to Subway in years and was really looking forward to a delicious veggie sandwich with avocado and soft bread. Boy did this sandwich disappoint! The bread was really stale, and when the lady went to put avocado on, her co-worker looked at her and said, "put a very thin layer on." Seriously?! I paid an extra $2 for as close to no avocado as you can get. At the time, I didn't know it was MY sandwich she was making, or I would have said something (I ordered ahead of time online and they happened to be making my order when I arrived). What a disappointment. Most definitely won't be back.

One day I can order just a loaf of bread and the literal next day they say they can’t sell it to me anymore. Not happy with them or the service as I went to another subway right after and they sold me the bread! Train your employees properly or don’t employ them at all. Waste of time and won’t be back any time soon to this location.

I want to give a shout out to the guy working today , good costumer service, I'm giving 4 start due to an issue with the other employees name Mariah I believe her name was. The guy asked her to put on some gloves to help out and she tried multiple times and couldn't even put gloves on and got fastruated and said I can't! And step and aside and did nothing but look at him do the job. While there was 5x people in line waiting to be helped. Don't get your nails done if you can't do nothing with them.After Eating my 6" sandwich I notice she left to smoke a dam cigarette and this poor guy was left alone helping costumers. Don't hired people like this .
