I ordered ahead but my food wasn't ready when quoted, not a huge deal. Instead, the employee told me it would be "three minutes" for my food, not a problem. Instead, he then proceeded to make sandwiches for the two people who came in after me. This took like FIFTEEN minutes, go back and watch the cctv. In total, I waited twenty minutes past my pickup slot while other customers, who were after me, were served first. This restaurant is also apparently unable or unwilling to provide refunds either. The more you know.

I am a delivery driver. I always arrive promptly based off the time my platform informs me to pick up by. I arrived and went to the rack. The order wasn't ready yet so I was standing by. A woman with brown hair asked me if I needed help. I said, "I'm just waiting on an order for Nicole." She immediately started yelling at me how the order wasn't ready and I have to wait cause it's not due for 10 more min. I said, "oh, it says it's due for 10:45." Which was 3 min from when I showed up. She then started yelling about not shoving my phone in her face when I was standing behind the rack and a plastic barrier. I told her she was being inappropriate and I wanted to talk to the manager. She continued yelling at me that she was the manager. Customer service is dead if this is how managers treat ANYONE! Very disappointing! Disgusting behavior from a supposed professional.

this place is terrible. they mistreat both employees AND customers. just this month there have been multiple occasions of management berating customers, management does nothing but talk bad about their employees, literally only 4 people work there so they never even follow their hours of operations. they leave their female employees to run and close the store ALONE when they know homeless people/addicts regularly loiter in the store. the store also barely passes its health inspections so eat at your own risk.

We went today (0-/06/25) around 1pm to order two footlongs for lunch inside the store . The lady who’s name is Chantel was so rude. I had coupon which did not work and that was ok. The girl who made my order was sweet to try couple times. The lady Chantel came and started yelling at us for no reason and started to say we don’t have whole day to try your. Coupon, get out of here and never come back here. She said, she will call the cops if we don’t go out. We did or said nothing wrong. We left without any good. I am a professional worker in medical field and treat my patients very well and provide then a great service. We were shocked by her behavior. We will never go back to this location or subway for our food. So sad to see that she claimed herself to be a manager of this place and the kind of service she provide. I hope higher management talk to her and this doesn’t happen to anyone.. If I could I would give 0 star to this restaurant after seeing how rude this employee is who gets paid for to be rude to the customers.

Want to tell me why you are closed at 5pm on a Friday night? And why your worker inside just sneered at me when I tried to open the locked door and then knocked and they waved their hand at me gesturing for me to go away and refused to elaborate? Why is this employee giving me such attitude and worst of all - not explaining why they aren’t open? Not to mention they’re supposed to be open until 7pm according to the website and their website says they are still open today when they’re obviously locked up and the worker is in there on their phone doing nothing.

Had recently just made two online orders
Point is worker that was working there accidentally messed up order on both so we kindly asked him to re do the right way sandwiches where different
He got really upset didn’t wanna proceed to remake sandwiches when he clearly wasn’t busy ! Decided just to refund
Made my little sister throw away sad why he’s & kicked her out of store & threaten to call cops & use card info
REALLY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WONT BE FOLLOWING BACK THAT WAS REALLY EMBERRASING

You know I have been a regular here daily for years and this location is now trash. Oven is always broken, lazy or rude employees( not all but many). They don't follow their hours of operation at all. Today just now is the second time in two weeks that I come up to the store and hour after they open to find the store closed with no signs saying why they aren't open. I've heard and seen the horror stories that are people shooting up in their bathrooms. Just sad.

My order was wrong for the 2nd time. I was also given warm cokes. When I called to speak with them, they were VERY rude. They told me to NEVER order from them again and hung up on me.
