Subway is a good and healthy place to eat. It's in the food court at the mall, on the second floor. The people there are nice and friendly, and it's easy to order. Plus, it's cheap; you should try it.

Rude, impolite, unprofessional...a perfect example of rotten customer service. I should have read the reviews before going there - they're spot on. Subway must be desperate to keep such a franchisee and Washington Square must equally be desperate to hold on to tenants. There are plenty of other food options... I'll surely eat somewhere else next time.

The big guy with glasses on was extremely rude! After my son rang the bell, he didn’t show up, so my son rang another time and finally he showed up with a very bad attitude. While I was asking my little son to order by himself, he laughed awkwardly and said something like wow you rang the bell and still don’t know what to order? We left immediately after that without ordering anything! If you don’t like your job, just stay home, don’t spread the bad energy everywhere.

The worker Josh was his name a big tall guy idk if he gave me a fake name but he literally threw my sandwhich at the counter and was just very rude overall didn’t even wanna eat my sandwhich bc it made me so upset idk why it’s so hard for people to be kind.

I had went to buy a sandwich, and the manager had the audacity to be racist and rude to me and others colleagues, and the manager had the audacity to be laughing at us and when a white family had went into subway the manager was taking to them and and laughing with them but when we went he was laughing at us not with us and he was rude. Please take care of the matter!

The manager with long blond hair should not be in charge or talking to customers. We’re not the first to say it. He has zero patience, hates taking sandwich orders and apparently expects customers to say in one breath their “bread, meat, cheese, toasted or not, all veggies, extras and sauces” without making him have to ask you about any of those items —or he’ll be quite annoyed.
He didn’t give me a literal second to ask a child what bread they wanted before he left us saying we “weren’t ready”, and worked with a different customer.
I do understand he might have had a bad day or he was mad something, but you shouldn’t let customers feel it. The food was great.

The manager with the blond long hair was extremely rude and rushing. The food was good and up to Subway standard. However, it is clear he should not be in customer service. It set a poor example for my 12-year old, unfortunately.

The food was good but the service was extremely rude and rushed. I will come back to subway but a decently different location. Not in Washington square. There were to people working there the manager was exceptionally rude!

When i walked and rang the bell for service, your employee came out and start asking me what i wanted. Not in a normal way, but in a way that was rude and made me feel rushed. I also work at the same mall but I work graveyard. I try to show up as early as possible. I understand wanting to close on time. I came with twenty minutes to spare. As he was making the sandwichs I was able to ask for through his continued rapid fire questions of what I wanted and what I wanted it on. He was just throwing the sandwich together, the sandwich looked awful. When I asked him what was up he responded with frustration and anger from not knowing exactly what i wanted immediately. Then when I told him I wasn't sure what sauce i wanted he said "if you can't chose than I'm going to back to what I was doing". Then he left me there for a bit. When he came back out he was still very obviously anger. I asked him what was up and why he was being rude to me he responded with" you showed up with ten minutes before close and you don't know what you want" he then asked me what i wanted again and I told him that I don't want any of the sandwiches and left. This one subway has been nothing but bad experience after bad experience. Awful. Don't spend your money here.
